I booked using my Amex points and they couldnt find my reservation. Ended up waiting in humid and hot lobby (and getting bitten by mosquitoes) for an hour while they sorted it out. The room was NOT a villa as advertised. In fact its just a normal room that is poorly decorated and maintained.  The whole place is dilapidated with things in a state of disrepair. Breakfast buffet has only 1 or 2 items now.  Worst stay ever!

Dont stay here. Worst value for the money

Very nice beachfront resort. We stayed in several rooms in different villa. The staff are friendly. They tried to arrange us near rooms. The resort also has a clean and beautiful view. It has a swimming pool in which we relaxed every day.
Room is comfortable, only except that water flow is not strong. When we are inside the room, wifi was not strong, either.
The location is quite central, ~5 km from the center of Phan Rang - Thap Cham city. From here we can reach to North, South, East and West direction easily.

Really good place to enjoy Ninh Thuan

This very quiet resort is located far from city center. Room was neat and well equipped. Campus full of green and flowers looked romantic and pleasant. However, there were too much garbage on the beach, resort should be more responsible for the area environment. Moreover, staffs were not friendly, they even did not understand clearly about resort service. When I asked restaurant staff via phone to help taking my iPad (which was left) to my room, someone agreed but I waited more than 2 hours then took it back by my self. A bit disappointed!

Elegant and quiet resort but dirty beach and poor service

Good location, beachfront, close to a streetfood area, about 8km from the main town and its tourist attraction, 10km from Ninh Chu Bay Surf Club, 40km from Vinh Hy Bay, 40km from Ca Na beach.

Clean, well-spaced villas and bungalows surrounding a pool and a garden. Room is of decent size, clean, and everything in the room worked, except for the unstable wifi. The architecture and landscaping is very pleasant.

The beach area seemed a bit neglected, no life guard, no umbrella, limited amount of beach chairs. Breakfast was really poor during the two weekdays that we stayed, but improved during the weekends, probably due to the increased number of guests.

Staffs were polite and friendly, but were not very helpful when we asked about where to go, what to eat and how to book transportation there.

Decent place to stay for a short holiday

Overall, this place is nice. It is at the beach which is strongly recommended when visiting PR-TC, close to good-very good eateries along the beach.  The bedding was clean and comfortable, the air-conditioning worked, the grounds were pleasant, they take Visa and the breakfast was nice 2 of the 3 mornings I stayed.  

It looked like it was going to rain so we decided to order room service.  By going through the hotel bureaucracy, we finally found out that due to a meeting being held in the restaurant - there was no room service that night.  I am 95% sure that the food (and coffee) we were served the next morning were leftovers of this meeting.  

The bathroom was outside - you have to go outside the air-conditioning to use the toilet.  Every time you use the shower, toilet or just the mirror - you bring in bugs from the outside.  

Despite this, I would like to stay there again.  My only regret of my Phan Rang trip was that I did not bring hiking boots when I went to Hang Rai National Park.  It is about 40 minute drive away but it is really worth it.  It cost almost nothing to get into the park but the drive out there was costly.
