We had a great trip with great service and delicious food here. The resort gave us a lot of fun activities both indoor and outdoor here. We had chill days on the beach and enjoyed our lovely time to look around 😍

Room 324 great services, lovely staffs and very very delicious food & drink all the day. We are gonna come back here

Large room with a beautiful deck and view. We started in room 932 overlooked the ocean. We were very pleased with the cleaning and the friendly staff. We had just come on a trip from north Vietnam down to the south. We had planned to rent scooters in the front and tour around. But we enjoyed our deck with the fabulous view and the beach and pool so much we never toured around. 
Very happy with this resort and would highly recommend. Air conditioner is very quiet and the ocean breezes kept us cool on the deck. Ate at a lot of restaurants on the main road, all very good. The Pirate bar had very good entertainment. The kite surfing school in front also was very interesting to watch. The wifi worked great in our room and on the beach.

Surprisingly rude and unprofessional staff, especially security.. Avoid if you don't want your mood to be screwed up.

The hotel boasts its 4 star rating and I wondered where did it got it from. The room (#274) we stayed in was old. Bathroom was poorly maintained - toilet seat was spoilt, heater was not working. Its saving grace was the easy access to beach. 

Definitely not a 4 star hotel

We went into the resort to get down to the beach. The security guy wasn't bothered at all. We stayed like 30 minutes when another security guy came and asked very rude if we were guests from the hotel, we said no and how much we have to pay if we want to rent a chair at the beach. He said 200.000 VND for each so we decided to go. When we tried to leave the beach through the street next to the hotel, another security guy came and wouldn't let us pass. He yelled very rudly at us that we aren't guests and we should walk away. So we walked along the beach to find an official street to the main road and he escorted us till the property of this resort ended. We were very shocked and saw in the recommendations that some other people had problems with the security there so we decided to  keep you informed about this little situation.

Treated like a criminal

For us, this hotel was perfect! Very beutiful and green hotel yard. The room was very nice and spacious. Staff was friendly, they are really honest! Food was good. We left very happy!

Holiday

Big territory and access to a beach is a bonus, however rooms should be cleaner..and renovated as it seems too old. 

Also wifi connection is good only at the reception, nice to have a internet detox during the holiday, however even at the reception connection was quite poor.
