We only wish we took more notice of the previous reviews before booking our stay! Luckily we arrived quite late so it fitted its purpose as somewhere to sleep, but we wouldn’t have been able to stay another night. The rooms were dirty, the a/c was very poor and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. 

Get what you pay for!

The rooms are poor, the view from the balcony to the construction garbage. There's no tea, no cups in the room, but there's ant traffic and a huge cockroach in the bathroom.

It's very budgetary.

The whole of this hotel is filthy dirty. On arrival we checked into our room & found the bathroom& bedroom to be very dirty looked as though it hasn't been cleaned for months. Went to reception to find there would not be anyone there again until next morning. Next morning we complained & they said they would clean it which they did a little.  Still other areas of hotel remained d irty. Wi-Fi did not work very well

Dirty tired looking hotel

By far the worst hotel I've stayed in, I'm not exaggerating. Dirty room. They tell you that the bathroom is private and is a real median: it's connected to the neighborhood by a wooden grille, which makes everything sound. We were waiting with two other couples to check in like a half hour, because they were more attentive to selling bus tickets than to catering to hotel guests.

The worst of the worst in Mui Ne

A large room with two huge beds, a spacious bathroom, hot water pouring like a bucket. In the room a TV, refrigerator and air conditioner, which collected in hot days, which were plenty. A separate bonus - a huge balcony with two beds, evening relaxation provided. Cleaning was done without interruption on the first request. Smile and friendly staff. Across the road is a beach with a good restaurant. On the 1st floor you can book bus tickets to popular places, stopping there is very convenient.

A good budget choice

Sanddune Hotel, Muay Ne, Vietnam The Sanddune Hotel was located about three kilometres away from my vacation to Muay Ne on the Fanteet side, almost opposite the Sunrise Hotel and near the Coco B corridor. On the first floor of my hotel I went to rest alone, without my wife. At the same time, the corresponding low price for staying at the hotel allowed me to spend more money on my excursion. The Sanddune Hotel was located about three kilometres away from the Fanteet side, almost opposite the Sunrise Hotel and near the Coco B corridor. However, on the first floor of my hotel, there were also two small bathrooms at the upper deck of the Han Street, and a small bathroom at the bottom of the Han Street.

New Year's Eve at the two-star Muy Ne Hotel

The location is good. It's just across the street from all the outskirts of Munich, with everything you need: shops, cafes, and fruit shops, agency tours, and fun bars Super Bar, Joes bar. There are also plenty of other places nearby for evening guided tours, but most of them are empty.. it may not have been the season, people were few. The beach across the road is a thin strip of sand, passing from one side to concrete, from the other to a less pleasant beach.

Cheap, average comfort and service

The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are large, but that's the only thing that's good about it. The shower is very bad with hot water, it's hard to wash. The panties are old, they're not changed every day. To clean the room, you have to leave the keys at the reception. We took the room with the balcony, we thought. That we could stay there for the evening. Turns out this balcony is just a name. The floor is dirty, there are not even chairs and rope to dry things. It became a pity for the money overpaid for it.

I'm an economist.

The hotel is located right on the main street, but it's not very noisy. The rooms are large and the air conditioning is working. Unfortunately, there is no breakfast. The road to the beach is also a little complicated: you just have to walk through one of the resorts. The only drawback: the mattresses could be softer. But that's probably the standard in Vietnam.

Cheap hotel

The price ratio was excellent, the quality was excellent, and for two days we paid 630,000 Vietnamese rubles, breakfast was not included, the room was dark, but the balcony was there, and it wasn't worth much to expect from this hotel, but it was 2 stars instead of 5.)
