My friend and I stayed at this hotel for one night. We booked this hotel through booking.com. Even though we arrived quite late at 12am, the receptionist still waited for us. We booked the cheapest room so we don't expect more than a room equipped with two fans and a double decker single bed. Our room was used to be a kitchen but it is okay for backpackers. This room is good if u don't mind the room view but just to stay to overnight. They offer a better room at 300 000d which is very suitable for a couple. If u walk 2km from there, there is a hotel named Pin Pon hotel which is cheaper but the receptionist is very rude. We don't mind for their behavior but we mind for our money, so the second night we stayed there. 

Good view at cheap price

I stayed 1 night here (I had originally planned to stay for two) the room was bleak but decently clean... just some hairs on the towels...

The two women at the front desk were sweet. I booked a tour with them the following morning to see the surrounding sights, and the tour went quite poorly (the guide left, it went two hours over without us getting to eat anything for 6 hours) and most people were returned to their hotels but 5 of us were left in a locked bus and the driver left, we had to break out and taxi home. I was quite mad and felt I really didn't want to pay them for this tour or at the very least not pay for my taxi back. The man at the front desk was so incredibly rude to me it was shocking. 

I travel a lot and it takes quite a bit to get me worked up, but worst customer service. I was paying $18 a night... and if he had covered my cab (under $2) I probably would have stayed another night...

Really bad vibes from him. Rooms only mediocre, not worth the money. No view. Go next door to lu hoang guesthouse, it's much better 

It's ok..

We was not happy with the stay here. The room was not clean. Only clean sheets on the bed and properly and they properly only a sweep of the floor, but that was it. The fridge in there was disgusting and the bathroom not cleaned properly. The view was beautiful from the terrace but not really nice spending any time there since the seats were not comfortable and messy around .
