Air conditioning. Nice balconies at end of hallway, open air. English speaking at a minimum in this town, but folks are nice. Free breakfast (two fried eggs and a baguette.) wifi works great. 

Hotel arranged a cheap taxi to take us to Cambodian border from here. We stayed one night here on our way to Virachey Park in Cambodia (starting in Ban Lung). There are taxis galore at the Pleiku airport, getting into town cost VN80,000. Cost for one night in hotel for two people: VN 400,000.

Totally fine place

I would rate this hotel as a zero if that were possible.  And I am here now - having arrived today! My room is #303. No one speaks English or French, so resolving a problem is impossible.

I tried to get a room change since 303 overlooks a busy street and the traffic racket outside is unbelievable. Worse than that there's a disco next door and the thumping music is so loud as to make sleep absolutely impossible.

The bathroom is grubby and that's being kind. The dried toothpaste in the glass is disgusting and the sink fixtures have a sort of greasy film coating.

I booked this place via Agoda. That company should be ashamed to even include the Queen in their list. Forget the 4 rating a previous guest gave this hotel.

In a word - horrible

We arrived in the afternoon as a stop off on our journey up the Ho Chi Minh trail, asked to see a double room and was shown a twin so had to ask again. When we finally got a double room it was clean, tidy and comfortable. Hot water seems to be through a tank so the water runs out fairly quickly, unless you mind having a cold shower then you need to be quick. Breakfast was included in the price of the room however they didn't mention that any drinks you have with your breakfast is chargeable and the reception put it down to not knowing any English!! Well the lady in the breakfast area spoke pretty good English. Luckily we have a Vietnamese friend who could translate for us over the phone and after about 45 minutes finally charged us the correct amount minus the drinks they tried to charge us at breakfast, so just be careful not to order hundreds of drinks thinking they are all included in the price. The main thing that annoyed us about the drink situation was that we only ordered one drink ourselves, water was just brought over and we were offered coffee, it was only a small glass of orange juice that we asked for then had the cheek to try and charge us 35,000 VND for it and small black coffee was 14,000 VND, she also stated that water wasn't free however it didn't come in a bottle like normal and have no idea how much they were trying to charge us for that either, funny thing is there is a water dispenser down in reception which is free!!!
