What was good

Great views from the place, when there is no fog, but the place is high, and when we was there it was mostly cowered by the cloud.

What was bad

The breakfast service is good, but the dinner service is much less attentive. The outdoor pool is very cold, and it’s disappointing that a 5-star property charges for a swimming ring when a child uses it. During checkout, we were asked to pay for unclean towels, which was surprising. Although they eventually agreed to cancel the charge, the overall service was poor.
