A good hotel with large rooms
A good hotel to stay in for a business trip. Has large rooms with a desk and good free internet access.
Short walking distance from shops, restaurants and the beach.
I am currently on my way there for my third visit.

A good short stay hotel
A well run hotel offering quality rooms at a reasonable price. Owned by a major Vietnamese oil industry service company and it shows. Check in and out was well organised and the rooms were faultless. Only let down was the buffet breakfast. Selection was below that expected for such a hotel. Staff we

Comfortable Stay
The hotel is located in a nice quiet area of Vung Tau. There a some good places to eat and overall i have had an enjoyable stay. Comfortable beds and clean place to stay.
The Petro spa was surprisingly very good.
The included breakfast was not worth the trouble of attending.

Review on Spa.
Charge is reasonable and massage was indeed very good. 100mins for 290k dong.
However, the staff expect tips. I tipped her 200k dong and she kept asking for more. This is the main reason why I rated 4 stars instead of 5.

Spa: massage
We didn’t stay in the hotel but visited the spa for the massage.
We took 60’ massage which was 160000 dong. At the reception we were immediately informed that this didn’t include tip.
We asked then more or less how much should be the tip and they said that 100000 was minimum. We left finally 12000

Room with a view....
fairly dated hotel. Fortunate to have the sea view room which was very nice. Great view of the coast line ... at night it was soothing to see all the vessel lights far away....
The room is good sized and with all the usuals. Internet was free. For the shower, one had to leg it over the rather high

Just about average
Everything was just about average, nothing special. Breakfast adequate. Very little consideration for western tastes. Had to change room due to noise. Very dated and could do with refurbishment. Would recommend you do your homework.

Not bad but not so good either
Room old and outdated just didn’t feel clean. Restaurant don’t bother food and service bad. Can’t comment on the pool as it was closed for no real reason. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Better choices are easy to find. The location is no good for the beach but ok for the town centre
