I was impressed with the service i got from the hotel staff. We were well received and the rooms were clean. We had a restful sleep. We had the value for our money. I was really impressed and i will definitely cone back again when i can.

Value for money

the service was on point, the lady who attended to us was really friendly she really made sure that our stay was comfortable as possible.
the rooms are always clean.
the only thing we didn't like is the water problems in showers particularly the hot water.

Everything was good, the staff is friendly. I loved the hospitality, cleanliness and of course security. Maintain the good service and you'll have more clients. I will definitely come again when I can!

Impressed

Good beds and linen. Friendly staff. Location is good and price of accommodation is excellent, value for money. They do a good job of cleaning up. Owner willing to compromise. However bathrooms need to be more modern with better toilet paper.

Had i nice peaceful stay at Daisy's Guest House 
The location of the guest house is superb
The service also was excellent 
The food was delicious 

but there is need to refurbish the bathrooms especially the tubs  

MY STAY AT DAISY'S GUEST HOUSE

stayed here for a short period before a flight. excellent check in and service by staff, average rooms. the bathroom was quite poor in that particular room and needs an upgrade but i know other rooms have good ones ..

I booked at Daisy's guest  earlier on this month, they gave me a warm welcome and i immediately felt at home. The room was very  clean, good beds and bedding. although i got there late at night they assured me someone would be able to help me when i get to the lodge, and they kept their word.I had an early meeting in the morning and requested breakfast on the go , with such short notice they delivered .Great service and would strongly recommend anyone  looking for a home away from home, secure neighborhood and value for your money.

Excellent service

When I first booked, they refused to keep a room for me unless I paid 25% deposit first. I ended up having to pay the full amount because it is not worth paying RTGS bank fees for 25% of 2 nights. All of the other places I have stayed at have never asked me to pay a deposit first. When I arrived (1 hour after check in time), the lady in the reception did not even know if my room was ready yet. The property is poorly maintained, and the rooms are poorly furnished. They lack simple things like soap dishes in the bathroom and bedside lamps in the bedrooms. They're parking area is shockingly inadequate. It is full of ditches and holes and I honestly don't know how they expect anyone to get out of there without hitting another car or a building. Their security is very poor. The gate remains open all day and well into the night, and there's no security guard or cameras (that i could see) there so anyone can just waltz in. There's no place on the check in form to write your car registration number, so they have no idea which car belongs to which guest. Whenever i tried to look for an employee, they were very difficult to find. When i went out for the day, i came back to find that my room had not been cleaned because they do not have a spare key! The food is terrible. There are 5 WiFi networks, of which only 1 works, but the signal is so poor that they might as well not have it. The only reason i stayed for the second night is because i had already paid for it. The only things that i liked are the fairly comfortable beds and the hot water.
