23 bed&breakfast

As previously reported it is 5 minute walk from railway station straight across the piazza. Rooms are on the second floor and no lift so travel light if possible 😁
It is a great location and an easy walk through the main shopping street to the quieter narrow streets and to the famous tower. We were recommended a great family run restaurant for dinner and were served home made cakes for breakfast.
The only downside of this apartment was when the nearby restaurant started putting out its tables and chairs at 5.45am dragging them across the ground to get into position, by 6.15 the street cleaners had started but by 7am it quietened down again. 
This is a great place to stay for many reason and the early noise did not trouble me enough not to give top stars, if you think it will bother you I would suggest you look for something else, but you may have the same or similar problems!

An Early Start!

My husband and I stayed in this b&b for a weekend.Close to the station and the pedestrian mall, it is located in a historic building.The room is very tastefully furnished and the atmosphere is refined.In the morning Mrs Irene prepared us a tasty and abundant breakfast and recommended places to visit by providing us with a map of the city.It was a perfect weekend, so we want to thank Mrs Irene for her willingness and kindness to make us feel at home.Barbara and Andrea

Alice welcomed us divinely... a fantastic B&B is located within walking distance of the station and located in the main downtown corridor. and a historic building carefully cared for in every detail. breakfast was a wonder, the rooms are very well maintained and also the very large spacious bathroom, a modern and old furnishings carefully cared for in every corner of the house... and Alice didn 't make us miss anything.

It's a great weekend.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel on 31 December, with impeccable cleanliness, comfortable and well-furnished rooms, a refined and welcoming atmosphere in the context of a historic building, a lavish and refined breakfast, snacks, drinks and teas always available, very close to the train station and the centre of Pisa, and our special thanks and compliments go to the very kind Mrs. Irene, who welcomed us with infinite kindness, availability and competence creating a very relaxing and familiar atmosphere.

An Unforgettable New Year

Under Bed and Breakfast I am actually imagining a rather modest accommodation. I was surprised by the style and luxury of the 23B&B. It is located at the top of a magnificent building right on Piazza Vittorio Emmanuele. Five minutes from the train station and five minutes from the old town across the Arno. It has style in every detail. From the floor plan, the fabric and the color of the towels (each suited to the corresponding bathroom) to the wall decoration and the gardens at the windows.

One of my favorite pensions

I stayed in this beautiful place in April, Easter season, and I must say that it was really pleasant in many respects. First of all it is located in a central area and a short walk from the train station; the managers make you feel at home and are very available and kind (every morning a breakfast to lick your mustache); the room is furnished with great taste, carefully taken into the details.

Comfort, kindness and beautiful structure

I stayed for four nights at this B&B while on a uni trip around Pisa and Florence. It's easy to get to, being right opposite the station and a short bus ride away from the airport. The room was lovely and would be ideal for someone travelling alone or as a couple. Irene and Simon were wonderful hosts and provided tips for places to visit, and to eat and drink. The breakfast was also excellent and varied each day, with plenty to eat and a wide choice as well. All in all it was a really excellent place to stay!

A lovely place to stay

My wife and I stayed there for 2 nights in june 2016. The B&B is located on the 2nd floor of an older building which is in very good condition. No elevator. Parking Garage directly on the piazza. 
We had the Magnolia Room which was really nice. Irene provided us with a wonderful breakfast from local products. You can walk to the Leaning Tower and Doumo in 20 minutes.  
Stay here and you will love it! Thank you so much Irene!

Lovely Bed&Breakfast

We absolutely loved this B&B. Irene and Simon could not do enough, perfect hosts. A great room (fairly spacious). The location in a piazza at the end of a shopping street was a few steps within reach of food, shops and a 10-15 minute walk to the main cultural area and what you probably came to Pisa for (the leaning tower). The breakfast was simple but homemade (yum). An added bonus was it was a 2 min walk within sight of the station.

Two very simple warnings - it can be noisy (lively piazza) untiil the early hours and the rooms are on the top floor (up two flight), but Simon was helpful with the baggage.

If I visit Pisa again I will be here!

Superb B&B in a great location

We spent the New Year in Pisa in this top hotel structure. A building in the heart of Pisa restored with excellent quality. The bedrooms, arranged and decorated by expert hands. The toilets, transformed into precious drawers, have a delicate and precious elegance. The owners? Delicious, friendly people, always available, kind, and their breakfasts are delicious, plentiful and well-groomed in detail. I would recommend and recommend them. FANTASTIC.
