if you are looking for a guesthouse near every accomodation in district 1, you have to go at the 4 boys guesthouse... Owner is cool and helpfull . Rooms are spacious and very clean. Many small restaurant around...small street as i like...

Nice and clean Guesthouse

Perfect little guesthouse in the backpackers' neighborhood where we stayed for three nights, spacious, clean and quiet room, the owner took us to small street restaurants to taste the local specialties, good quality price.

All right, all right.

I visited this place during my holidays in Vietnam in 2016. We stayed here 2 nights and we were very satisfied with room. It was nice, clean, with nice bathroom and for very good price. Guest house is situated close to the main street Bui Vien which is very similar like Khao San Road in Bangkok. I recommend this hotel for short-term or long-term stay.

Nice rooms for good price.

The hotel was in a great location. The bed was comfortable enough and the room had a T.V. You had to take your shoes off which was an inconvenience as the floors inside were dirty. The bathroom also had no roof at one part (as you can see from the picture below) and staff which were working on the roof could watch you in the shower if they wanted to. (Thank goodness I never noticed any perverts peeping on me).

The horner of this hotel is a swindler, a crook and a robber. She stole me on the trip tour price (almost double price that others people paid on this trip) and a week after my departure, SHE USED MY VISA NUMBER to get payed a second time the 400€ that I payed for the hotel and the trip tour!

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!  THEY STOLE ME 400 € on my Visa Card !!

Stayed here for two nights and were quite disappointed. Staff member was asleep when we went to check in, which would've been fine had she not spotted us and then gone back to sleep for five more minutes! Room and bedding were clean, but no toilet roll and the shower glass was filthy. The main issue was with the air con, which they turned off when we left and didn't turn on when we returned until we asked. Even then, it didn't blast out cold - possibly had been rigged to not blow out cold air? After asking about this it still didn't get fixed so our room was incredibly hot, even with a fan. We've stayed in much nicer places for less money which is why we were disappointed!

Not outstanding

We had to maintain the room ourselves for our (fairly long) 7 day stay. Which we didn't mind but good to know for others! Generally great value for money as it was in the heart of Ho Chi but tucked away down one of the alleys. Room was spacious and had loads of lovely restaurants around it. Value for money was awesome so would recommend to a savvy backpacker on a budget but for someone looking for more luxury should stay elsewhere.

Great

Although we were told we were late, our room was rented out and moved to the last 5 floors, to a room next door to the service, with four beds instead of one (because there was no room at all) the elevator wasn't there, the suitcases nobody helped carry, to the question why we weren't settled in that room the hostess of the hotel said that we could go look for another (at 9 pm with suitcases in a strange city).

It's disgusting.

The hotel is in a really mega-narrow side street (as if a fire truck should come in here in an emergency is a mystery). On arrival you would have to take off your shoes first, which would not be a problem if it were SAUBER - you'd already seen hair and dirt in the staircase and I hope that at least the room is clean. But unfortunately no. Again hair, beauty in the bathroom and no proper bedding. When we noticed cigarette smoke in the room and really loud noise from an English boys' group we thought over and saw that the bathrooms are connected to each other! Through a big big staircase! Absolutely bad and loud! Just the noise from the outside, the windows are very thin and only the stairs are turned on, the lamps are turned on all night long. So after a very dark day, everything in the bathroom was not working well, and at the end of the day, the staff were not very comfortable, and the stairs were all over, and the bedding was not working well, and the staircase was not in a very good position, and the staircase was not all the same,

Dirty, extremely loud and careless

It's very well located in the slums. The staff is welcoming. I booked two nights in the dorm. The rooms are not very spacious, but they're enough when you just come to sleep there. The hotel is clean. They're small trunks if you want to keep things safe (then plan a lock). They keep your luggage if you don't want to drag them the day you leave.
