Very well located. Kind and flexible staff, ready to help with particular requests. The room is also comfortable.
What was bad
Only two WCs for all the guests is too little. Also the windows are not soundproof so during the night it's very noisy with the cars from the avenue.

The beds were all attached, one toilet/shower only for many rooms, people make noise up to late night
