Overall we enjoyed our stay here. 

For the price we paid we felt it was a good deal, as It's right in the center of the nightlife and a walk to the beach. At this point in our trip we preferred a vibrant location rather than a resort styled property.

Room was spacious but basic and slightly noisy even though we had a side room and not facing the buzzing street.

Property is a stand alone, i.e. Reception is found 15 meters from  from it across the road, if you can actually call that street a road.

Recommended for the travelers between 18-45 years 



Great location and clean enough

It’s a pain in the bottom to find this place. 
They should send you an email letting you know the steps to getting keys, it would save a lot of messing about.
The hotel is just about opposite Petit palace which is quite a cool looking bar. 
Walk down to reception of the thalassa which is about 20m down from there to get your keys. 
The guys don’t take you up or show you where to go. Once you get into the building, prepare to struggle if you have big bags, staircase is ridiculously narrow and hard to navigate. 
Rooms are pretty decent, modern warehouse feel and although in a lively area. Not too noisy. Not great for couples but fine if you are stuck for a night or two. 

Not bad when you get there

The room was so dirty and full of ants and moths. The bathroom was full of mold and mucus in the shower. After one complaint we got another room, but it wasn't much better either. The hotel is on a very noisy tourist street. The wire was very bad. The last day the room wasn't cleaned. In the second room there were fleas. We were the only people in the hotel.

Very dirty and loud.

The place is in the heart of Koh Tao, 2 min walking to 7 eleven and, with a very comfy bed and everything very tidy and clean. Would recommend to add a microwave or a community kitchen in case of DIY cookinh to the room but still amazing.

Awesome location, clean and tidy.

Stayed here for 2 nights while passing through Koh Tao, nice room and in a good location. Only problem was throughout the day ants would be all over the bed, which made it uncomfortable to sleep at night. Apart from the ants I would recommend!

Just a small problem

Our room was big, modern and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are lots of shops and restaurants close by. All of our expectations were fullfilled we can defenitely recommend this hotel.

Super!

Hotel in the heart of the Koh Tao atmosphere and well sounded by the night festivities of the nearby street. Decorated and convenient room, full of space to lay and extend your belongings in the room. Comfortable bed, and very helpful and friendly staff.

Everything you need right in the middle.

We stayed with my boyfriend for 4 nights, the room was spacious with a modern setting, a very comfortable king bed. Good location near bars, no breakfast included. The only place was the bathroom, from the shower to the toilet, so I had to keep it closed.

A modern hotel

Super hotel perfectly located in the center of the animation of Sairee and 50 meters from the beach. The rooms were very clean and very pleasant. The advantage is that the room is quiet while being within walking distance of all the animation of the island. Warm and thoughtful home. A very good stay.

That's perfect.

We stayed in this very simple structure but with a good quality price ratio. A very clean room that was refurbished every day with daily towel change. We were also supplied with towels and mats x the sea. The hotel management is that of the Thalassa hotel which is a minute walk away.
