It is a rather spacious room in a central position compared to the train station (10 minutes on foot) and the different bus stops. They also provide a mini fridge, a boiler and a hair dryer that can be used freely.

Excellent value for money

Little willingness to treat the client... so it is, and so it must be... new room but to be improved, a little old bathroom with no tax windows or curtains... noisy adjacent rooms... we won't go back.

Low availability

The hotel is located in the historic center, behind the market square of La Spezia; from the station to visit the Cinque Terre it takes 10/15 minutes on foot. The room is very simple in furnishing, clean, with air conditioning and balcony; excellent price given the location. Very kind lady (I think she is the owner) to welcome us and recommend us other places to visit beyond the 5 Terre (Portovenere is magical!).

Simple and affordable

It is a 10-minute walk from the train station and close to the centre of the resort.It has a balcony and air conditioning that is appreciated in summer.It also has a private bathroom.The price is very good considering the prices of five lots.

Good room at a good price

This hotel is about a 10 min walk from the train station. It's a very convenient place to stay when you are visiting Cinque Terre. There is no service desk. The proprietor hands you the key when you arrive. The room was clean and the wifi was pretty fast. The bathroom was outside of the room even though it is not a shared bathroom. Overall a good value.

Very convenient location

The trip through Italy continued in this B&B. The positive emotions: + I can't help but note, as most guests do, the hospitality and sociability of the hostess; + positive impressions in general; + generally suitable for traveling alone: stayed overnight and on the way. but there are also disadvantages for me personally: - breakfast, quite tiny: a sandwich with jam and coffee; - the internet Wi-Fi didn't always work, - location: far from the train station.

As always, you're hospitable.

Of course, keep in mind that this is not a hotel in use, it is an apartment, so you should notify the owner of the time you are arriving or otherwise you will find yourself on the street. It is located 10 minutes' walk from the station of La Spezia, from which you can catch the train that passes through the 5 Terre. It is also 10 minutes' walk from a free parking lot, which is appreciated if you go by car. The room was clean and new, has freezer, TV, air conditioning, and a bathroom for exclusive use outside the room (we didn't see anyone else on the floor).The owner was very friendly and information about restaurants, besides we did not recommend visiting Port Novene, a town we had on our itinerary and liked to visit quite a bit.

If you want to go to the Cinque Terre and Portovenere...

I was in this b&b on the occasion of a weekend. The location is very convenient. It is very close to the city center and especially a few kilometers from beautiful tourist locations such as Lerici and Portovenere. Even Le 5 Terre are quickly reachable.

COMMON and EFICIENT

We booked 4 nights here to allow us to explore cinique terre at a slower pace. We were greeted by a lovely host that gave us all the information we needed. Rooms were very clean and modern. It was very spacious and had a little balcony which was nice for people watching. Very large comfy bed - plenty of storage space and a large bathroom! It also had a fridge which was a plus and free wifi! Central location only 10 minute walk from the train station and 10 minute walk from the port (which is nice to go and watch the sunset). The property also had a lift which was very handy after a long day hiking the cinique terre!! ONLY downside was that the shower was leaking therefor didnt provide much power.. would recommend and stay again!

Great room and a great base for Cinique Terre

We spent two nights in this rental room in the center of La Spezia, if it weren't for the convenience of the location the vote would be quite low, we had problems with the hot water present only in the morning, the cleaning is certainly not the top since there were scattered hair on the floor, the beds are not made by the managers as it happens elsewhere, the rooms and bathrooms are a bit dated and they would need a nice refreshment, the heating is not adjustable from the room....so it is a place that should be improved since the price is not so low!!
