THIS IS THE WORST “HOTEL” (and calling it this is deceptive) I HAVE EVER STAYED IN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.  THE WORKERS CONNED ME BY ASKING FOR $100 CASH BEFORE SHOWING ME THE ROOM.  THEY WALKED ME BACK TO A ROOM THAT WOULD MAKE A PRISON LOOK LIKE A PALACE.  THE SMELL THROUGH OUT THIS PLACE SMELLED LIKE A COMBINATION OF WET DOGS, MOLDED WOOD, CIGARETTE SMOKE AND DECAYED ANIMALS.  I IMMEDIATELY EXPRESSED THAT I DID NOT WISH TO STAY AT THE HOTEL AS THE PICTURES AND CONDITION WERE NOT AS ADVERTISED.  THE LADY SAID I COULD NOT CANCEL AND WOULD NOT RETURN MY $100 BILL.   THE SMELL WAS SO HORRIBLE THAT I NEARLY PASSED OUT.  I LEFT THE ROOM AND WILL PURSUE THIS FURTHER WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT AS THEY SCAMMED ME FOR MY MONEY.   BEWARE, DO NOT CONSIDER!.

WORST “HOTEL” OF MY LIFE. SCAM.!!!

In general, the room was poorly cleaned, but the fact that the two towels provided were used, dirty and wet was very serious. I was overcharged 20 euros because I arrived at 11:00.

Only there a few hours due to a delayed flight and booked in haste but should have read the previous reviews.
Unwelcoming, smoky, very tired room. 
Uncomfortable night. 
Shower was ok though and the water was hot. 
The owner doubles up as taxi service and driver which worked well as we didn’t have to wait and wonder if a taxi would arrive.

Avoid

This place is just not worth it. I am on a very tight budget, I was only going to be in Frankfurt for a hot minute, and I had my dog with me so my choices were limited. I decided to give this place a try despite all the bad reviews on several sites and really wanted to give it a good shot. But they nickel and dime you every second you are there, and you end up paying as much as an average priced place. First, they charge you 20 Euro for a late-night check-in, which is just ridiculous. (My flight was late.) They also charge a pet fee, which isn't uncommon but that was NOT disclosed on my Priceline receipt. They were nice enough at first, and while the room was small it was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. And I wasn't too bothered by the planes flying above because it's not during sleeping hours. But as someone else said, breakfast is a joke and this so-called "restaurant and bar" is NEVER open. There's also nothing but a small lunch spot nearby so you're on your own for food, drink, or whatever. The owner offered me a coffee one more so I took it, and asked for another the next morning... and then they charged me for both. And then this shuttle bus is 15 Euro to the airport (also NOT disclosed) and HE DROPPED ME OFF AT THE WRONG SPOT! I had to walk 30 minutes to get to the right one. But the final icing on the cake, after I got hit with a total of 49 EURO in additional charges when I was trying to leave was how unbelievably RUDE the daughter was about me using a credit card! I really do not know how they are still in business. What a bad experience.

Staying here after reading the reviews was my own damn fault!

The room is so small and not that clean. The hotel was managed from a family with very bad services. I wasn't allowed to pay by card even if they had the equipment to cashier by card right there. So I had to pay cash and the hotel owner just keep the change. On next day, about half an hour before the check-out time, his wife just opened my door with her key (after nocking once and I couldn't open it quickly enough) and REMIND ME TO CHECK-OUT. What cheek! 
When I asked about the bus from there to the airport, the hotel owner said "well the bus is not reliable, sometimes comes, sometimes not... " Please don't believe him, if you receive the same answer, he just want you to book the shuttle. From my room I could see the bus coming every hour, punctual. I took it myself on the next day. Btw the shuttle costs 15-20 € depending on which terminal do you want to come to, so it costs quite the same as taxi. Terrible, with that price (I paid almost 70€ for the room) I expected more than that.

The worst hotel I've ever been in

I had the family room with my two children and my ex-husband for two nights. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was very tasty and you had a good selection of fresh breakfasts. The hotel is still decorated in the style of the 50s or 60s, but I felt this was a pleasant contrast to the hotels right next to the airport that look like spaceships. Since I love airplanes, it didn't bother me that the hotel was under the plane sleeve. And the owner can't help but feel that you built a new runway much shorter minutes behind his hotel. For families who are looking for a more budgeted family train, the day at the airport is a very nice day, but I would love to fly home to the airport or a small flight to Frankfurt, but I would like to take a small trip to the hotel with a budget of €540 for our children. Or if it's a very nice trip to the hotel with a private car, I'd recommend that you go to the hotel with your family.

A small family hotel overlooking landing planes

This is the first time I've ever wanted to put a zero. Judge for yourself: Positive: - Room and SDB refurbished and cleaned. Bed comfortable. Negative: - The person who manages the reception does not speak English (or French obviously). - My booking via a well-known website was not recorded. The guy fell from the sky when he saw me arrive. He thinks it is the fault of the B****g site that does not give him the information. It would be the first time I have a problem on this site. Fortunately there are still rooms available. - The navette takes an exorbitant price: 15 minutes to make 2 km (I've won my ticket)! - The guy who has never seen me drive to a distance!!! - The young person who has never dreamed of me has to pay the navette! - The one who has tried to make me pay the money in the last 10 minutes is the one who has made the best money in the navette!

Zero, you're trying to cheat yourself!

The hotel on the dove ground offers a convenient accommodation in a commercial area close to the airport, which can be reached by bus or, if necessary, by a short half-hour walk. The room itself should not be of a high standard. Everything is old and neat, but at least somewhat clean.

Price is the only argument

When you think of this place you should only think of it as a crash pad for an overnight stay not a destination hotel. I arrived at 13.30 and the hotel was locked and no-one here to check me in. When they showed up 30 minutes later the staff was polite and understandable. The cost for a shuttle is €15 and it's the same price as a taxi. 

The rooms are hostel size but clean. The private bathroom is also tiny so if you're obese, forget it. But the bathroom was also impeccably clean. 

The food in the hotel restaurant is good but limited. Nothing fancy and about €12. 

The staff smoke constantly at the door so the hotel reeks of cigarettes in the hallways. But I found them all nice and personable.

I put a point because we can't put less jokes aside the receptionist gives the keys and serves the beer nothing is clean in the room and nothing works hard this hotel, the price is too expensive anyway for what it is!
