The main building is old and very narrow, next to it is some kind of building with eco-rooms. When we enter the hotel, we see a small lobby with a reception, right next to a small restaurant, a corridor with eco-rooms. Here in this building, no one wants to live.

It's too high.

The quality of the rooms depends on the classroom. For example, we were in the standard, everything was civilized enough, we always helped with the recipes, the rooms with the looks were just as good. At the expense of the staff - we are all living people, all of us with our character, our problems and our mood, yes, this is their job, but when guests start to behave dirty and treat the staff as if they were your servants, be prepared and look as if you would be appropriate in their eyes. We were never lacking in the standard, we always helped with the recipes, at the bar we always smiled, the dishes were very tasty and ready to go (they will tell you below). The only thing is that the tasting atmosphere was the same after the tasting of the dishes.

I'm so excited about our vacation!

Generally very friendly staff with one very unpleasant exception. The majority of staff DO NOT understand English! 

Better you speak Russian...I mean...in the hotel and elswere.

Food excellent and available practically the whole day.

Overbooking seams to be an occassional problem of the hotel. At least this time it heappened. But a desk manager fixed it next day and our new rooms were of promised size and quality.

Generally nice

It's my first time in Turkey, I went there for a week to just take my five-year-old son out of the country. I want to tell you right away that the hotel is NOT a 5 star hotel. Naturally, I expected to spend all my time in the hotel, because excursions or anything else with a child like that are just excluded.... In general, anything that comes to mind is a kind of relationship with Egyptian disco hotels and services.

This hotel only saves one...

Only good thing what i can say about hotel is location- right on the beach. Im not sure where to start: food - every single day same food !!! I do not mind if you have enough to chose from but there it was no choice !!! They grilled meat on Mon then for next few days it was used in salads , all covered in tomatoes etc only on Fri Turkish night was good! hotel is dirty, towels are dirty our bathroom wasn't clean for a week!!! They give you drinks in plastic cups , ice is luxury !!! Staff - only few guys at the reception were friendly - they helped us to change room and entertainment team rest of the staff very unprofessional!!! It was our first time in Turkey Im not sure of we ever come back!!!

Avoid!

The room was on the third floor, looking out over the sea. The room was on the second floor. The accommodation. Since we were paid for the room by the economy, and we didn't want to live in the premises, we were offered a room in the main building, but with an extra fee of $100. There was no choice and we agreed (no checks or receipts will be given you there). The room was on the third floor, looking out over the sea.

I wouldn't recommend a hotel!

We arrived in the evening. We settled first in some basement near the kitchen, the smell and dirt, the rooms were no longer free. And this was despite the fact that the standard room was paid for, which was more economical. We moved after long negotiations, only the next day after lunch. It was unpleasant. Here why did you write about these rooms, everyone settles there, and then only those who complain, well or who will pay. No food, almost all of the chicken. From the fruit of the citrus and the juice of the acid.

I wouldn 't recommend it.

The area is small, dirty. The beach is dirty, all in the closets. The dining room is small, there are constant lines, nowhere to sit. Food is scarce. Fruit is scarce. Alcohol is local without complaints. The rooms are small. The cleaning of the room is very bad, the whole floor is in sand. There are no cosmetics, only soap in the doser on the wall.

Bad hotel.

Went with my family on holiday. Worst 7days in my life.
No avaliable sunbeds on beach, everyday the same food (no meat), rooms are dirty, toilets smells so bad,towels are dirty, staff doesn’t speak english, if you dont come first half an hour on dinner, there is no free tables. Juices are 50% water, 50% color. 
We asked for baby crib, they gave us dirty crib with no mattress. 
Hotel doesn’t deserve 4stars at all!! I went on other places in Turkey, everything was better than this.

NO RECOMENDATIONS!


WORST HOTEL EVER

This is the first time we've been to this hotel. The hotel was originally advertised as a 4*, then changed to a 5*, but it's definitely not at this level. The hotel is more family-friendly than the youth one.
