We were two couples aged between 45 and 60, booked an apartment with two rooms, reached the door, lowered our bags and ran to a public parking lot, 18€ a day if you don't move it, when I return my surprise is that in a single room there is a bed of 90, with which one of us has to sleep on the couch, I call the receptionist and he tells me that he can't do anything because it's all busy, with single girls going out all night singing, and we have to sleep on a sofa mattress with pinching mules,

Well situated, but poorly maintained, reservation made in February.

The apartment that I was in was very spacious and nicely decorated with all the amenities needed to perfectly handle your vacation and maintain a good budget. Only the shower curtain wasn't to my liking in the entire assemble. It was centrally located in the old town and not very far away from the main attraction, the Alhambra and the Moorish quarters opposite. Free WiFi was provided and free parking was available about 1.5 km away. The only remainder is to have the apartments telephone number at hand as there is no office on site.

Cozy!

The owner/manager was not waiting for us but he came exactly 2 minutes after we called him to open the door so we can check in; he was also very helpful and friendly. he gave us Granada map and some very good recommendations to walk around the area. The apartment location is extremely good and the apartment is very good compared to the cost. We have booked two apartments since we were a group of 5 people. First one was of a one bedroom, it could have been cleaner but the toilet, towels and bed were clean, AC was working well but it did not have a water cattle for next days' coffee! Luckily our friends in the 2 bedrooms apartment had one also it was very clean and fully equipped. We asked for a late check out the next day since we were in Granada to visit the Al Hambra palace; so he extended our booking in the 2 bedrooms apartment until 4 PM instead of 11 AM free of charge.   
The place is not perfect but is very good compared to the price paid for it, the location and the flexibility of the owners.  I could stay there again.

Great location

At first, we didn't know if we were wrong because there was no sign on the door that said the number and the door to the building was locked. They had no reception, so we called the contact phone and had to wait for a while until they came to take care of us. Everything else was fine. The situation was central, we didn't take the car all weekend because we could go everywhere perfectly. Regarding the issue of walking down the central streets restricting residents to get here, we were told that if there was a fine, we would contact them to send us the documentation referring to our stay there. The building is charming, we were in the apartment of the apartment that leads to the patio and it's a quiet place to sleep. The apartment is also very clean, but the rooms are very clean, and the rooms are very clean, but the rooms are very clean, and the rooms are very well equipped.

Estupendos C/ Gracia is the first.

I'm not sure about the other reviews but we were really happy with the service and the apartment. Just a short walk from restaurants and tourist attractions. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We would stay here again. 

Very nice apartment! 

This year we went on holiday from 16 to 20 April at Plaza de Campos.The apartment is very good, very centralised so you can move around on foot; although it is in a square it is a first as it goes to the back, so to sleep is no problem.Although it was not very large it was clean and with microwaves, cafeteria, board, flooring table, shower with hydromassage, air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms and living room, wifi... It was left with some maintenance (thermo cables, microwaves quite old...) In general clean and equipped for a trip destined to know the city.The person who gave us the keys hurried so that I could not carry it carefully since we did not have the opportunity to tell him.

 Quite acceptable.

There were issues from the start. We called the manager of the apartments to let them know that we were standing on the street, with our luggage, outside of the apartment. It took someone 90 minutes to get to the location and let us into the building. The apartment had a strong, foul odor. It smelled like raw fish had been left out for several days. The website promised a patio. There was no patio. The soap dispenser in the bathroom leaked all night the first night. We awoke to eight ounces of liquid soap all over the bathroom floor. No fresh towels each day. Even though we were left with a phone number and email address if there were issues, and we sent emails, there was never a reply. The one good thing was that the air conditioner worked.

Would not stay here again

We are currently staying in the apartments located on Calle Gracia. We like it and are thinking of extending our stay! We just needed a place to stay whilst visiting some relatives in Granada. We were unsure when booking, but as soon as we arrived we were impressed; we were upgraded to a bigger flat which was a nice start. He told us that they are only 2 years old, which might explain why this place lacks reviews and still has rooms available during peak season.

The actual building is in a small quiet street and has a nice very spanish courtyard in the middle of it, the decor being white walls and wood. There is also a lift. The front door opens into the living room which has a swish flat screen tv, what we think is a sofa bed, and a dining table. The kitchen is bigger than what we expected. Nice touch-sensitive hob and lots of plates, pans etc. We requested a kettle when booking, but there wasn't one - he offered us a coffee pot but that's not quite the same to us tea lovers! Think the lack of kettles is something we are just going to have to accept when in Spain.
Bedrooms have air con and big wardrobes with mirror doors. Bathroom is nice, a bit of a squeeze to get through the door but has a surprisingly large shower. 

The location is perfect for us as it is just down the road from who we are visiting. But I would actually recommend this for tourists generally. I don't think you would find a place like this in the albaicin for example, and not for this price. So the 5 minute walk (if that) to the big main street (Reyes Catolicos) is definitely worth it, and the road just up from the apartments (Puentezuelas) has lots of nice little shops and bakeries and things so it's a pleasant area to be in. Granada is small anyway so the catherdral would only be 10 mins absolute max I would say.

Note: make sure you call, text or email to let him know what time you are arriving, as there is no sort of reception or anything so you'd just be standing in street. The man made it clear that any query we had we were to call him: very friendly and helpful.

Overall, this is an absolute gem!

Definitely recommend! don't understand lack of positive reviews

The two-bedroom apartments on Calle Gracia are located in the basement and on a street where there is a nightclub and the noise is unbearable. the hot shower water lasts about 30 seconds, it's very dirty the heating is a heat pump and in the bathroom it doesn't work.

The horrendous lives of Calle GRACIA.

We had a very spacious accommodation, equipped with a kitchen, heating/conditioning and washing machine. Great for longer stays. We stayed only three days but we appreciated the convenience of being ten minutes from the cathedral and bus stops for all the other wonders to see in Granada. Cleanliness ok, kind staff and the advantage of having the keys to the accommodation and therefore being free to move around. Good quality/price ratio. Unfortunately, usually problem with the car, very difficult to get there and then find a parking space that doesn't cost a fortune but the very nice guy who welcomed us has given us a very good opportunity to park freely in a little distant shopping center.
