The hotel deserves the highest score due to the excellent courtesy of the staff, attention to the customer and cleanliness everywhere. I am convinced that my little advice will serve to improve. My comparison term is for hotels of the same category. PRICE - in the average for the period and treatment chosen. LOCATION - the sea is reached on foot very quickly and easily. In the vicinity of the hotel there are the essential services: for the rest the centre is about 1.5km away. The cycling track is very used, at least in August, but also the rest of the road is packed with bicycles. The hotel is conveyed with austere materials even if with limited availability. HOTEL - Approach the presence of a small room for a few months and the current could bring a very good result. The result of the room was the most convenient in terms of the size, but the kitchen and dining room are not always available. We also recommend that you take a full meal with the usual tablets and tablets, but with the usual conditions.

Taste and Style

We've been spending our holidays there for several years... the same beach, the same sea and the same people, and yet we never get tired of the place... the clean hotel, the good food and the warmth of the unique owner and staff... ah, I forgot we'd be there this year too.

The Habitué

It's a nice hotel, but with very different interior accommodations from room to room. We had a bad time because we were on the old ground floor with no balcony and no place to lie down.

Football tournament Viareggio 2022

Our room was of a decent level, but the bathroom left to be desired. Alternate-stage kitchen (2 good nights, one like this), good-stage breakfast. Everything is largely compensated by the courtesy and hospitality of the managers and staff, really all very kind.

Some rooms to be rearranged, but staffed at TOP

We spent four days with the boys for a soccer tournament, very kind and super available staff, clean and spacious rooms, really great kitchen, very quiet position. I thank all the staff especially for the patience shown with the group of children, and we apologize if they messed up a little... thank you again for everything and congratulations again!

The room was small, the bathroom was small, the shower was small, there was no hot water in the morning, the WiFi connection was almost always unavailable, the staff was not friendly and available.

Mediocre hotel

First experience of summer break in Versilia, departure with high expectations given the convenient prices practiced in the area, back a bit disappointed for the services, just to cite 2 examples, bike rental that provides at 19:30 when the bikes would serve just in the evening, bathroom cleaning that closes the kitchen at 2:30 and after that time does not even need a sandwich, I do not know if here they use the bakery for the bakery services....and considering how much the beach costs...we never seen for previous experiences in the Adriatic coast, but the bike is very beautiful, probably if they could afford it.

In the case of ferries in Versilia

We stayed in this hotel for a week. We found ourselves very well, a quiet place, a clean environment, courteous staff and open to our guests. Really great food, Florence bath, which is agreed with the hotel, beautiful. What to say, an unforgettable vacation, recommended to all people who want to enjoy the sea of Pietrasanta. But I feel obliged to mention two really exceptional people. The owner Sabrina who showed us all her confidence despite the little inconvenience that happened to us, and Gessica who cocked us in the dining room for a week. If you read dear Gessica remember a cappuccino. Next year we want better.

Super recommended

We stayed in this hotel in August. Praise the cleaning staff, kind the room staff and a good kitchen. The rooms should be better soundproofed (thin glass) that left open by attached rooms beat continuously during the night. The structure is conventional with a lid, excellent swimming pool and gentle, single neo negative vic umbrella picked up by a gentle cockroach and visited the emergency room.

Pleasant structure, good cuisine

Staying mother with 2 children (years 3 and 1), disabled uncle and grandparents. At each request (children and uncle have their own needs) we were served snorting and commenting on the requests. We are moved the table without notice because the children annoy the other guests. The staff allows themselves to judge that if the children behave badly (they stay a little at the table and go away a little...) it is the fault of the parents. Communicating that given the treatment we could have anticipated the check-out we feel responding for me you can go right away and without a formal warning to the re-communicate from the beach we are informed that there is no room anymore!! then in fact they leave us the alternative room and we go the next day.
