cant believe this disgusting hotel is still open 4 poor people 2 come and stay in.how could the thomas cook/thompsons let them book with this place.its dirty/mould everywere.bar is a disgrace .food just dont eat it. not fit 4 animals let alone people.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed so far. I was here in 2013 and I hadn't searched a lot before I went there. If had made some research on the internet, I would have known what was waiting for me there. Everything was terrible.  Hotel, rooms, food, staff, beach near the hotel, gümbet, people around here. I don't recommend both this hotel and gümbet for holiday.

The worst place I've ever seen

I wen here May 2013 with one male friend, We got a great deal and knew it was going to be very basic but as we are students we decided we would just put up with it so we can get a chance to get away.We were expecting basic and got basic, although it didnt bother us as the place seemed clean enough and so was our soom so we didnt have any complaints about that. The food is very very very bland. There is very little taste of it and most nights we just ate out. The BIGGEST problem which RUINED our holiday was a complete pervert staff member who stalked me on my holiday. He would constantly come up knocking on my berdoom door and only when my male friend had left the room. When he first knocked I answered it not thinking anything of it. He said he had to fix the television even though the tv was fine and we never complained about it? He came in and i instantly got a bad vibe as I could see he was blantly lying about being there to fix anything as he wasnt doing anything with the television. I was in the room alone with him and felt very nervous, so i instantly got a pair of jeans( i was in my pjs at the time) and went to the bathroom to get changed (there was no lock on the door) i went behind the bathroom door and a minute later he tried to come in opening the door and pushing in. I was pushing him out screaming to get out as I was half dressed in my underware but he would not listen and barged right through and then watched me in the mirror as i frantically finished putting my clothes on. I instantly ran out of the room and he tried to call me back trying to insist i come back in the bathroom but i obviously refused and ran out of the room with him following me down. I went straight to the bar where my male friend was sitting and told him about it. The staff member had seen me talking and sitting with him so i hoped this would put him off from ever doing this again but it didnt. Everyday from that point I would have about 5 o 6 knocks on my bedroom door whenever my friend left the room. He obviously watched us and waited until my friend had left to hope to get in the room where i was by myself. I just ignored the knocks and hoped he would jut go away but eventually he let himself into the room while i was in there on my own. I went completely white when i seen him letting himself in while i was in bed and i was on my own, I never been more afraid in my life. Instantly I jumpred up and just ran out, Again he tried to entice me into the bathroom and kept insisting while blocking my way but i refused and pushed past him out the door and went down looking for my friend while shaking. The staff member followed me down and watched me from a short distance until my friend evenutally came and i told him everything and we then reported it to the owner/manager. He didnt really care at all and felt like he didnt believe me as he was defending him saying "he worked here for four years and we never had a problem withh him" and blaa blaa, he even tried to explain why he needed to be in the room. It was all complete lies, Absolute disgrace

The room we had was damp on every wall. plaster off wall.
Light hanging off ceiling
bathroom was all damp on ceiling. no light fittings. 
most walls on outside shows bad damp.
service none existent. plus they wouldnt change rooms for us so we ended up looking for another hotel.
i would rate this hotel minus 10. out of 10

Terrible

I was there in August 2012 and I see that after a couple of years things have stayed the same. My wife and I arrived at this hotel (if that's how you can call it) with the idea of spending 3 days. Well, after about 30 minutes from check-in and after seeing the structure, room, bar, people and lunch buffet we went back to the reception with the intention of cancelling the overnight stay and leaving. At the reception they suddenly became very aggressive and rude because of our rethinking, and in addition they demanded to pay me for my day pass for spending half an hour!

What crap!! and what ugly people!!!

Hygiene not received, sheets and dryers only... on request, if you are really forced to spend the night at least dinner out if you do not want to stay fast considering the quality of the offer, breakfast (bad as dinner) in the early morning (8.00 - 8.30) is only possible if the gang of boys did not party the night before... if you are not forced, avoid it.

We wouldn't call it a hotel... seeing as there's even a shortage of sheets, towels, anything you'd expect from hotel nights run by a bunch of kids, no customer service, bad food and hygiene... let's forget it.
