We can highly recommend this hotel. Incredibly friendly service, when booking by phone, during the stay and afterwards, when I had forgotten my cloth in the room and was sent this back to me. The rooms are very well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the breakfast is fantastic.

Wonderful Accommodation in the Heart of Regensburg

Very nice, clean, room.  Exactly as advertised.  This property is over 800 years old, but in excellent condition.  Thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast with the couple who run this establishment.  Delightful!

One night in Regensdorg

I was staying for three nights in the cheerful Agnes Bernauer apartment on the second floor. I felt very comfortable in the very tastefully decorated and very clean rooms from the beginning. The breakfast was made with a lot of love and served with very friendly service. The coffee was very good. I will keep the house and all the nice people who work there in very good memory and very happy to come back. I was able to park my car safely in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of the old town

Despite the host's overpriced friendliness and good breakfast, we were very disappointed with the room's desolate condition. Even after the faulty facilities were reported, nothing was repaired here. They even reported that this was known and blamed the memorial protection. He is not interested, however, in defective doors, falling wall lamps, loose shower rods and broken shower seals. Documentation of the defects based on the photos taken is omitted here, as the hostess was always trying to convey a sense of well-being to the guest. Regensburg was very beautiful and we come right back. But then even in a hotel.

Once is enough.

The reception was already sensational. On the way back from Italy we had two more days in Regensburg. We were immediately accepted as family, and the boss personally sat in my car and led me to the parking lot. My wife was enjoying an aperitif with the owner of the house in the meantime. The six rooms are integrated with much effort and love into an old house. This is something you have to get into. The breakfast is prepared properly and very lovingly.

Very nice breakfast in the adjacent cafe. Extremely friendly and cordial service by the host couple. Everything very clean, bathroom large enough. The location on the edge of the old town is ideal for visits of all kinds in Regensburg or for shopping. Unfortunately, it can get louder at night because of this location. On the street there are some ruthless contemporaries who have to move in the streets. However, for those who disturb, Oropax is available at the night table:-)

We'd love to come back and test all the other rooms.

Very friendly reception, very nice, very well-equipped rooms in an 800-year-old house - very good beds! Breakfast is served in the adjacent café - no wishes left open here - the coffee is from the local roasting, etc. We'll be back!

Wonderful little piece of jewelry with a great breakfast!

Exceptional staff, comfortable bed, great atmosphere, very quiet spot. It has some quirks - we chose to stay on the top floor, which would be tough with lots of luggage. Decent but small shower, wifi was too spotty for video calls, but otherwise a perfect spot. The breakfast was a solid offering of just about everything, and the staff and management could not have been nicer.

Fun place, well located, great value!

I spent three nights at the L'Ostello doing business. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the bathroom is modern, and you can find pleasant little things like mineral water, small snacks, but also a kettle to make tea with. All this is included in the price.

Nice room, clean, great breakfast

A nice location slightly off the main street. Well appointed rooms with all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. Check in and breakfast are at a nearby restaurant and the old town is only a short walk away. Very clean and for a small hotel you can't ask for any more. We highly recommend this facility.
