Some of the front staff was quite rude (only at the very check-in).
Also they do not properly check the minibar situation before and after usage and 2nd time that I have stayed there I was overcharged. this time I stayed there again as it was an emergency and close to my work, but there is something wrong with this process and I do not wish to think that they are doing it on purpose?
