May be the worst hotel room i have ever stayed in!!! It is an old building which most probably has been somehow renovated. The only good part of the room was the refrigerator. If you want to save 55 euros, it is better to sleep on a bench in the street rather than book this hotel. Bed is too hard. Faucet is not working
 properly. In case that you will forget your key in your room there is a sign saying that you will be charged 50 euros!!! because you will make them to come and open the door!!! Unbelievable!!! Actually, there are not enough works to describe this awful experience!

I it but there was a very bad odor at the entrance and in the waiting area at the reception ....
The bed was not properly laid , The soap is too little for two people and they even had the guts to put hand soap in the bathroom for bathing 😱😳🤨... 
That is bad for your image u know...

Gemiddelde,  Great but can be better

Spacious rooms with four single beds. The rooms were huge and included a big bathroom and even a kitchen. The suite was very quiet and fairly close to the Central Station. Wish the bathroom had rugs though, so the floors don't get wet.

Excellent value for money

I felt like stayed at home with kitchen and easy check in even last check in. I got absolutely privacy.Good location near Central Station and Antwero Central.really recommend for stay thus property for traveller or bussines travel.

Easy check in and comfort

It's my third staying at Ambassador Suites and I am still very happy. The apartments we had were well furnished, spacious, quiet and clean. It has all the amenities one can expect. The staff is always friendly. I strongly recommend!

3rd staying here, always satisfied

I have stayed here now for well over a year and will continue to do so. The inside is a little used but put that aside what you get for you money is fantastic. The rooms are large and mostly you get a bathroom and kitchen. Being able to cook is a big cost saver when traveling. Around the hotel are lots of small shops and you can get most of what you need there.

Value for Money

We booked rooms for more than 30 people and paid for everything in front. When we came there at 2 pm Hotel was closed (in the middle of afternoon???). Check in was like after 4 pm?!? At the reception was an old man, who didn't hear and see well. He lost two bookings - two rooms. So we need to wait like one hour so he finds out where was a mistake. Rooms where in bad condition, dirty, a lot of things didn't work (like heaters, iron, lights etc.) and it was really noised all night. Shame. Do not go there....

One of the worst Hotel

Close to the treinstation and at walkingdistance from the center!The apartment is simple but the room is big. Close to the metro to! Line 9 and 15 to the other site of the river and the Groenplaats  and meir.

Good location

Horrible hotel. The front office people are so rude. The reception is always empty. If you have a problem un the room with the old appliances, nobody can help you. on booking  says the check out is 1600  and when you come  the hotel says its 1000. If you have the opportunity  don't come here. Worst hotel I ever been.

Good Business Hotel.Well located,rooms have all basic equipments that is needed Cleaning is weekly and garbage has to be taken out by self.Additional cleaning is surcharged.Overall good service and located about 1.5km  from Antwerp central train station.
