We just needed a room for one night, I just wanted to ski for half day at Sinaia as it was the las weekend of the season. Very nice apartment with two rooms, unfortunately there is a smell of smoke and cigarettes probably since the times when smoking was allowed.
Good restaurant, pretty expensive though, but everything is expensive in Sinaia.

Ok for our needs - one night

Pros: big rooms, big bathrooms, clean and warm during the winter time, pandemic safety measures respected, very nice staff, nice views of the mountain, very good food at their restaurant.
Cons: the rooms could use a refurbishment.

Bad food, bad attitude! 
Very bad service, the food was very bad. All the people from the table get very bad service, fish was undone, beef was very well done , so everything was a disappointment. Do not try place!!!!

Bad services !!!

Good location, friendly staff. Very close to the Cable Car from Sinaia to Cota 1400 and Cota 2000 (up the Bucegi Mountains). Rooms are large and have balcony / terrace with a nice view of the mountains and the center of the city.

Good relaxation in the center of Sinaia

Hotel situated on the main street of Sinaia, which is a pretty town with restaurants and drinking places. It is a good location for visiting Castle Pelisor and Draculas Castle. While rated a four star hotel the group I traveled with were disappointed with it. We agreed the hotel was in need of updating. A buffet evening meal was provided which was limited in choice and volume of food. When the initial food offering was gone it was not replaced. Breakfast had a reasonable range of food on offer but again no replacement of food when dishes became empty. The room occupied including the bathroom was clean as were the towels. The staff met were pleasant. The lift to the upper floors was small and it took some time to get luggage up to room. We were glad it was a one night stay.

nice quaiet hotel in sinaia

When we arrived there was no one at the reception. We kept ringing and waiting fir more than 10 minutes until someone showed up. And she was the nicest of the staff, explained that we can have dinner in hotel’s restaurant and pay when we leave. The room was very big and the balcony too. In the bathroom, the shower didn’t have a door, so the bathroom floor was all wet for a few hours. they only gave us one bathing robe. shower supplies were not enough for two people, and the quality was not good at all. Better bring them from home or buy others. The furniture had a lot of stains. The table was full of chips and dents, and some places it looked like it was scratched with a knife. The chairs had many stains, and one of them had a huge dirt stain they didn’t bother to clean. The balcony chairs were falling apart. We checked the restaurant’s program on their website, it said until 11 at night. We went there for dinner at 9, the door was locked, but the program on the door was showing until 11. We went back to the reception, and the girl only told me “yeah they closed”. We requested a double bed, but they gave us two single beds stuck together, creating a hole in the middle. I found hair under the blanket, meaning that the bedsheets, pillows and everything are not changed / washed between guests. Next morning, after we slept hungry as there was no other restaurant open, we went to breakfast in hotel’s restaurant. The food was good, but they lie about it being a buffet. They have a breakfast menu which is not so specific. Menu sounds like: fruit, vegetables, sweets etc., not knowing what you will order exactly. Still, we had good breakfast. We went back in our room and as we were getting to leave, they called us because we were 20 minutes late. This never happened to me in any other hotel. The lady who called was very rude and she straight asked “when are you leaving? you were supposed to leave already” — like they were supposed to keep the restaurant open as they say they are, but here we are. On my way out I also found a roach in the bathroom. The lady at the reception, I think she was the manager or the hotel owner, very rude again. Asked us if we took something from the mini bar, we said yes and stated exactly what we had from there, she cut os off and very rude again she said “did you know you have to pay for that” I felt she was questioning our intelligence. We went to the restaurant for lunch and back at the reception to pay everything, when she accused us of taking a Cola without paying. Extremely unprofessional, considering that I even gave her most of the money prior, I paid the room before seeing it and I gave her most of the money for lunch before having lunch, I got back only to pay the small difference, and still she was questioning our honesty.
Overall, the room was not really bad even if the furniture was very old, if it was clean it would have been ok. The whole experience was horrible but only because of the hotel staff not doing their jobs with cleaning, displaying the correct closing hours and being polite to their customers.

2 stars hotels do it better

For the price we paid per night (260 ron), we got more than we expected to. Big room, huge bathroom, balcony, parking and Breakfast for this price. I could say the breakfast is very nice according to the price ( fried eggs, sausages, salami, ham, Romanian cheese, olives, milk, yoghurt, fresh fruit - oranges and kiwi-, cake, bread, very good butter, 2 types of jam and cream cheese)
