We were not satisfied compared to the other people. We waited about 10 minutes until a service received our order at all. After waiting, a smaller portion came for 16 € of grill - we continued to wait for the drinks. It tasted good. The guests at the neighboring table did the same. It seemed unorganized and the services were not so friendly. The view was excellent and we enjoyed the sunshine in between.

Where else is different...

The food could be more expensive, people don't eat their dishes, how can you order two plates of bolognese in two, and everyone eats only half?

Air up in prices

Amongst many "modern" and crowd-serving restaurants, this joint stands out!

Classical hutte decoration, mountain food and ever-punctual Frau Gundula with her customer oriented team!  Karl (from Hungary) is also very polite.

Goulashsuppe and germknoedel were just fantastic!

The negative and not so recent reviews are simply not true. - Price was definitely right with us (4-bed 2-bedroom apartment for about €65 per person per night) are fine in Ischgl (all 30-50% more expensive than usual in Germany). - Fam. Walser is certainly special, you can't even get used to it for a few days, but you will have your difficulties in other areas as well. - Flawless bread/shuttles service - Apartment with balcony and acceptable facilities. - WiFi for iPhones is not available in our time - Acceptable sauna with limited opening hours - 15 minutes walk to the real downtown Ischtae is the cheapest place to book, and otherwise, it should also be kept as low as possible at the discretion of the tripadvisor and the dispatch services.

It must be considered in a different way.

Our skiing holiday began with Frau Walser welcoming us with a cup of coffee early in the morning. She was awaiting us and immediately showed us around. At saturday 12 pm we were already able to check in our apartment. However, apartment, it was more of 3 sleeping rooms and one room with a kitchen and dinner table. What we really liked was the possibility to use the sauna for free every day! Also lockers at the lift in the village center and breakfast (not inclusive) was well arranged. Location was mediocre: a 15minute walk to the A3 lift.

Skiing

As a yearly tradition we went on a skiing trip with a group of friends, when we arrived, the owner, frau Walser looked friendly (at first sight) but that lasted until we were showed to our rooms. We received instructions about what we were allowed to do and what not in a manner that was everything except friendly. The rooms were ok but the kitchen was very limited in space and appliances. During our visit frau Walser was very unfriendly and even started yelling at the guests she even THREW a kitchen pot around the room because it was not properly cleaned (!!!!). Be warned and never book here.

Avoid this place

Alp Bella has rooms and apartments. We rent an apartment for 6 persons. It was a big disappointment. The owner, Frau Walser, is a terrible woman. She was waiting for us when we arrived, to welcome us, we thought. But that wasn't what happened. From the first moment she was very unfriendly, we were drilled to do this, and that. We had to pay more because there are 6 people instead of 5, she jelled. (We told her by e-mail that my mother was joining us because my father passed away a week ago!!!!) And the only thing she did was behaving like a witch! The apartment was very poor furnished. There was only one couch. When we want to sit together we had to sit at the dinner table. The dishwasher doesn't work well. Only one shower for 6 people.  54 Stairs to the apartment, no elevator. The sauna was very small and never enough towels. And our biggest disappointment..... Frau Walser stayed extreme unfriendly the whole week. Last day we tried to talk it over... no chance. Big mouth again! So never again Alp Bella!!

Never again!!

We have booked a holiday apartment for 6 people, the hotel is located on the slope, there is no parking, the view to the next house wall for 275.- Euro per day.

Unfriendly expensive and boring

Very unfriendly hotel owner, rooms cluttered and very boring furnished, strange undefinable odor in the hallways. No food options, not even a drinking machine. Price/performance is wrong. Too expensive for what you get. Absolutely not to recommend.
