This is more motel than hotel. And forget the “aparta” part. My mom has been coming here for years and she admits that the amenities have been declining (she believes it’s to cut costs). The workers can seem a bit lazy & not as ready or willing to work as they should but they are good people. 

Pros:
-free wifi in rooms
-Hot water in shower
-One bottle water on day 1 of your stay
- free dominican breakfast (juice, coffee (no milk), fried egg, salami/ham/hot dog, and mangu/guineito/)
-Mini fridge
-Air conditioner
-Local TV channels (you need to ask for a box if there is none)
Large rooms with large beds
-security guard on premises 24/7
-table & 2 chairs
-kitchen sink
-large closet
- located near a supermarket, Pola, where u can buy bottled water,toiletries, snacks, fruits, beer, etc. The supermarket has an inexpensive cafetería on the 2nd floor with a salad bar & hot buffet with dominican food. You can dine-in or takeout.
-located near hair and nail salon, and trendy restaurant and bar.

Cons:
- toiletries are not restocked in rooms
- no elevator
- no hotel restaurant
- no gym or pool
- no room service
- no hotel computer (to print boarding passes, etc)
- no outgoing calls to cell numbers (only outgoing to landlines)
- rooms can be in bad condition. They gave us a room with a broken window. Broken as in the windowframe was not in the track & so it not latch, so anyone could just climb through the window & into ur room!!! 
- no iron or hairdryer in room. 
- no coffee machine in room
- not located in a “tourist area”. This might be a con if you want to be near zona colonial.

No frills motel

I booked this hotel for 1 night to see if I liked it enough to stay there for the rest of my stay, after 2 hours in I wanted my money back. First of all the receptionist wasn’t friendly at all, when we walked in she had earphones in her ears like we disturbed her movie or whatever she was watching. After booking the room nobody offered to help carry my luggage into the room. I was with my baby (who was sleeping at the time in my mother’s arms) had to do 3 trips from the room to the lobby in order to get all my stuff in there whilst the receptionist continue watching what ever she was watching. The room itself was very ordinary, the space under the doors are big so you can hear every thing from cars outside to the room directly in front of you. It was not attractive at all. The television only had 1 channel (which was blurring). I needed to use a microwave and since the room didn’t contain one I call reception to ask if there’s any microwave available to use, she directs me to one that’s at the building next door. I went next door to try use it, the security guard was there (very helpful guy, where was he when I needed assistance in carrying my luggage to my room) so the microwave didn’t want to work and the security guard told me that I can ask reception for a key to the kitchen where there was a stove I could of used and he would of carry me to it. When I asked the receptionist she claimed there wasn’t a stove or another microwave I could of used (I guess getting me the key for the stove room would of disturbed her from her movie again). Everything in the hotel from the reception to the room are really old and needs some type of maintenance, I personally wouldnt recommend anyone to this hotel, it was very cheap so I guess I got exactly what I paid for.

Horrible Service, Room not attractive

The room was OK, the bathroom was just renovated, but I did not like the corridors.
The staff was very helpful, plenty of space for inside parking.
The cost was low and the wifi was very good.
Adding it all, for one night bussiness trip, I will return
