My journey in Seville was really nice a part from the apartment. NOT like in picture that show a nice and big bedroom and beautiful view. Just check before to book.location very good and bathroom and bedroom clean.

Make sure before You book.

if you book this apartment make sure it is the one you get! we were moved without seeing this apartment as we were told it was fully booked despite being in regular contact with booking . com . The apartment we were assigned was not suitable for pensioners.. We have complained to Booking .com

Booked here via booking .com but given a different apartment on arrival.. not happy

My family rented 2 apartments in this building. The apartments are not well represented by the photos or video. They are very misleading and quite disappointing! Apartment is much smaller than anticipated and the rooms are closed off.  The 4th floor 3 bedroom unit is in disrepair, with shabby torn furniture. The shower door in the master bedroom is falling apart, the towel holder fell off the wall as well as the lamp shade.  We experienced a leaking ceiling just inside the entrance door by the kitchen and a flooded bathroom during our stay. The 1st floor apartment isn't as bad but has roaches in the light fixtures.  We travel on a regular basis and have never had an experience like this.  When attempting to reach out to our host we received no response.  I contacted the apartment owner only to be told "there is nothing we can do".  Don't waste your time or money, not worth the aggravation!

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

The appartment was small, run down, no equipment, no place to put things in the bathroom, no electric connection for the cattle at te "kitchenette". The woman who waited for us with the keys was impatient and angry because "other people were waiting". The owners ignored most of my requests and massages. Finally they agreed to give us an extra towel. 

Terrible studio appartment

Shame the apartment was basic and uninteresting, it let the whole thing down. It was not really cheap but had a cheap feel about it, there was nothing I could put my finger on to say was totally wrong but nothing to commend it either.
Great location if you can get past the poor ambience of the apartment. Ok it was booked for two and we were three at arrival but we all felt let down so it put a damper on our stay.

Location is everything

Our decision to make a booking with apartments Avenida was based on a pictures posted here and at the booking sites. That was a mistake. There are a number of apartments, some of them, I guess, are that spacious bright rooms we saw, but our flat definitely was not on that pictures. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the first floor. It was very dark, not clean and had a very bad smell everywhere, probably from canalization.  Beds were not comfortable, all furniture was very old, washing machine didn’t worked. A “flat-screen TV” is just a small computer display with at about 5 channels. And yes, we did not come to Seville to watch TV, but our children was really disappointed with that.
The location is really central, but you can’t get there with a car, you should make a short stop at the nearby streets, take your luggage to the apartment and then move your car to a long term parking (about 15 minutes walking).
We wouldn't recommend this apartment.

Good location but that is all

My kids were visiting from Australia and I wanted to show them Sevilla. We had selected a few apartments and finally decided on this one based on the photos.That was a mistake. 
Yes, the location was excellent.
But the apartment was not. Apparently the pictures are from all their apartments and you don't know which one you will get. Ours was a small 2 bedroom. 
The beds were uncomfortable and I dared not look at the old mattresses.
The linens were old. Our towels were small and thread bare. 
We were there for 4 days and the towels were not changed.
The floors were dirty underfoot.
The kitchen was really not useable. The crockery was all chipped and old. Surely a new crockery set and cutlery set wouldn't cost the owners the earth. Some new towels would be nice too. 
We had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 adults for 4 days. When I requested more I was told to go buy it myself. Finally the cleaners gave us 2 extra rolls as I had complained. 
When we first arrived at the apartment, the elevator was not working and our apartment was on the 4th floor. Thankfully, it was fixed later that day.
The shower was very small and the shower head had a problem.
The spin cycle of the washing machine didn't work and so we had to hand wring the washing.
You would think the owners would do a little maintenance on the apartment as they are making good money. 
We loved Seville but wouldn't recommend this apartment.
