Spent the last 2 weeks of September in a top floor apartment here & although it’s very convenient for the beach & bars/restaurants etc we wouldn’t stay here again. The apartment is very tired and in need of updating. The furniture is a mix of mismatched old/secondhand, the cleaner only came once during our stay, there was very limited or no Wi-Fi we suspect the vendor has a limit internet package that had expired before the end of the month. This meant we had to connect to the local beach/bar Wi-Fi. The air conditioning is coin operated believe it or not!! One Euro per hour, reminded me of the slot TVs in the 70’s. There’s a VERY loud Dutch bar close by that had two live acts on every night!! Some of the guests to this decided to stay late sometimes until 4am. I know this has nothing to do with the vendor of our accommodation but with more modern windows as are fitted in the bathroom this would block out some of the racket.
With a few Euros spent this could be a lovely place to stay. Until then I’d stay elsewhere.

Not worth the money

We always try to spend the summer there because we love Torremolinos.The very clean apartment with sea views, on the promenade of the Carihuela, the treatment by the owner as always exquisite, we went with our dog and could enjoy our vacation.

Apartments next to the beach.

Very central and great views. The apartment had everything we needed. My only gripe would be better towels as they were either too small or thin. Lovely sitting on the balcony watching the sea and also hearing the sea in your bed

Nice beach apartment

Lovely apartments , in central location  surrounded by hundreds of restaurants. Family run with great customer service.  There are 2/3 slightly different styled apartments . We stayed in a studio with a great sea view . ( I think there are four studios and all have a direct sea view.   The apartment  was bright , well decorated , and spacious with a kitchenette and a decent bathroom with a powerful shower and bath . The beds were very comfortable. The balcony was  ideal for enjoying breakfast and because the safety wall is glass you get an unrestricted sea view.

Excellent apartment in wonderful location with great sea views

The best part is the unbeatable situation in the middle of the promenade and 50m from the seafront, but as a result you have to endure the noise, the apartment is very Spartan, almost no plugs, no toaster, only a nightstand without any lights, no support area in the bathroom, no personal cleaning products as much as for the apartment, the lights shine little, the bed sheets stay fair and there is plenty of light coming through the balcony.

Overestimated 

We stayed at these apartments in November. It was a terrible experience. After we checked in we noticed a hen party (full hen party attire on) in the cafe  below waiting to be accommodated. We thought, they can't be staying in the same apartments as there is only 2 in the building and the walls are quite thin. It turned out they were, all eight of them squeezed in like Sardines in a can. 

At 5am on Sunday morning my wife and young children were awakened by the noise they created returning after a night on the town totally intoxicated. They rang  our door bell and persisted ringing it until we woke up. Even after answering someone else rang it then demanding access. We were all very anxious as we then thought we maybe burgled if this man who became part of their group gained access. 

It was not safe and the owner did nothing to answer our email when we demanded a refund for our stay. We were all exhausted all day Sunday and it ruined our stay. We will not return and we advise anyone considering staying here to think carefully before booking as the owner doesn't care about who stays in the apartments. Not suitable for families. May suit hens and stags!

Hen party Nightmare.

We are a group of 16 friends who always travel as a family with children. We booked on a portal and all expectations were fully paid. Great location right in the heart of Carihuela with shops, bars, restaurants and supermarket available. Two steps from the beautiful beach. We stayed at the beginning of November and it was still almost all open and available to tourists. We occupied all three apartments of the facility and so we had it completely available. Clean, comfortable and functional apartments. Superb accommodation on our arrival and attentive to all our customers' needs.

Great group vacation.

Quite uncomfortable, without air conditioning so that we spend heat, and with the venatnas open, quite noisy, and mosquitoes! regular maintenance, it would require some reform.

Very little recommended.

Beautiful views from the balcony in this simple studio.  Wit windows to the side as well as a patio window at the front we saw the sun rising from our bed and setting each evening.  Really simply furnished but adequate for our long weekend needs.  We were grateful for the heater in the room when we first arrived and the extra blankets int he wardrobe but it warmed up lovely in the day time.  Great location for people watching on the promenade and a little supermarket to the rear.  Hope to return next Jan.

Perfect location, does what it says on the tin

The apartment is very good. We chose the studio for 2 with sea views. The location is perfectly sea-front in the own promenade. This modern decoration in white and blue is the same as the photos. It has a very large bathroom with window. A small kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, water heater,: electric and refrigerator kitchen. Two closets for clothes, free safe, and everything very clean except the ceiling fan. The best is the terrace with two chairs facing the beach. The only draw is that there is no air conditioning and you have to sleep with the open terrace, with mosquitoes entering and noise and difficulty in sleeping.
