Congratulations to the managers, we spent 4 days in absolute comfort and with all the comforts we could. The apartments are in a wonderful position to access the center and are furnished in modern style with themes, I was in the kursaal room. Beautiful, spacious and comfortable. To have the keys they receive precise instructions with a code that will be used to unlock them.

Flawless

Everything was perfect. It was the best accommodation of our 3 weeks in Spain. The apartment is spacious, modern, bright and very well-aligned. Ideal for accommodating 4 adults. There is nothing missing, absolutely nothing. It is perfectly equipped, the location is perfect, a few meters from the historic center and 150 meters from the most important shopping avenue of San Sebatián. The mail carrier was always defying any requirements at the time of its completion.

A perfect stay in the center of San Sebastián.

Very good location of the apartments Chillida y Kursaal. Next to the parking lot Okendo (careful! 24 euros a day), opposite the church of the PP. Capuchinos, 1 minute from the Plaza de Guipúzcoa. Comfortable and equipped with everything necessary. But... the cleaning and maintenance is neglected. Speaking of the apartment Kursaal: old dirt on the outer shelves, defects and paint stains, the high drawers of the kitchen cabinets were sticky, some kitchen utensils with food... look at the photos, I don't invent it. Otherwise, the company that rents the apartments communicates with you via email. Check in and checkout you usually do. Nobody calls you to see if something has arrived, but if you need something, you are... If you want to keep these things in order, the best possible timetable is to give you the best possible treatment.

Good situation, but...

This was a great place to stay, comfortable beds, excellent amenities (coffee makers, cooking and dining utensils, dishwasher and washer dryer).  Great balcony.  Convenience store across the street. Very short walk to the beach and Tapas bars.

Excellent, super clean apartment in the heart of San Sebastian (near the beach)

Nice hotel in an excellent location, however we had problems with the rental company responding to our emails for help. The directions in the apartment manual for the washing machine and dryer were limited, as well as the directions for the thermostat. After about 4 emails I was finally able to get their attention as the shower drain was plugged and water flooded the bathroom floor. We stayed in their 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment which was good for 4 people. Other than these inconveniences we enjoyed the apartment.

Okendo II Apartment calle Bengoetxea

Not easy to find the entry or arrange access to the apartment but is well worth the effort if you prefer more room and facilities than a hotel room. Apartment was well equipped to cook with a sunny balcony to enjoy eating a meal or a cold drink. Easy walk to the two main beaches, old town, shops and restaurants and bars.

We were so lucky to have stayed at the Chillida apartment in Okendo 5. We had read the reviews and it lived up to them in every way and more. It is in the most wonderful location - you are so close to everything - old town and all the bars, the beach, the surf beach, the city... It has everything you want and a wonderful big balcony. There is an elevator/lift which is great as it's on the 6th floor! The manager provided all the information needed for easy access. I would totally recommend anyone to stay here - you won't be disappointed!

Fantastic apartment in best location!

Good looking space, all the amenities you need to feel at home.  When we decided to rent movies one rainy eve, we discovered there was a missing hook up cable. Nuria took care of it right away while we were out.  The location is super and you can walk to the old part of the city in 10 min. where you will have loads of choices on where to eat your pinxtos!   The only problem we had was no reflection of mgmnt. We had some very noisy neighbors and had some difficulty going to sleep one night.  Thankfully, they left after a few days and a quiet couple moved in. Otherwise, I would have no problem returning to this clean, modern, tastefully decorated space.   You won't be disappointed.

Be careful not to make an advance booking at these accommodations by booking in advance, since 60 days before arrival they charge 30% of the total, if for any reason you cannot reach the apartments on the date indicated in the booking, they will not agree to change the dates and also do not allow the cancellation of the booking at no cost less than the one already booked in their account or the total of the delivered.

Horrible personal attention and poor management.

We stayed in the apartment for 2 nights.They are perfect, very modern, very well decorated and well equipped and the situation is unbeatable, a 3-minute walk from the ambiance and old-fashioned areas.Excellent treatment and very good flexibility when making the check-in.
