This apartment does exactly what is expected of it. Jadranka provided a fantastic welcome - beer, cold drinks and chocolates. Every time we saw her she was very friendly and popped round mid way through the week with cakes she had made. Such a lovely person!

The apartment was nice - it had a large double bedroom, bathroom and a separate kitchen/dining/sitting area. The kitchen was well equipped - though we only used to it make breakfast and chill drinks etc. There is a large outside patio area which is great, and has fantastic views across the Kotor bay and you can watch the large cruise ships going back and forth. At night time it was quiet, though the traffic on the street during the day was a bit loud for sitting outside for a long time. The air conditioning worked well in the lounge and just about cooled through the bedroom for hot nights. 

It was a short walk down hill to town (uphill on the way back) along the busy road, but a bit of a longer walk took you down the hill to the bay, with an area of bars restaurants and beach which was nicer and a more peaceful walk into down. We ate down here one night too and that was great.

Overall we would recommend especially for the hospitality. Location wise, this is probably about as close to town you can get an apartment this good!

Good apartment just outside town. Great host!

TLDR: Amazing hosts, cheap, great view and comfortable bed.

My girlfriend and had a wonderful stay for 3 days at this apartment. The hosts were very kind and brought us cold drinks, beer and chocolates at check in. 

The bed is very comfortable and everything you needed was there, even the WiFi was fast! The bathroom was a little small but spacious enough to shower and move around. 

The view is very nice from the apartment and we got a nice terrace and a washing line to dry our clothes.

We had to pay in cash so withrawing some before checking out would be smart :).

The day after check out we went to Budva where I discovered my phone charger was still in the apartment. I sent the hosts a message and they kindly sent me my charger by parcel to the post office near me.

Amazing apartment for a good price with great hosts!

Great location close to Kotor old town (max. 10min to walk) and the beach (max. 5min), also supermarkets/shops close by - while also having a parking spot at the apartment if you come by car (which is a luxury so close to town). Apartment is equipped well and spotlessly clean. But what makes the place really unique is the host Jadranka: really looking after her guests (while also leaving you in peace if you want to ), passing by with a special something each day (homemade cake, watermelon...), really makes you feel like staying with family.
So much enjoyed my time there, thanks a million Jadranka!

Perfect spot, perfect host!

Spent 2 nights in Kotor whilst travelling around Montenegro.  As our first stop along the way, could;t have asked for a nicer apartment or a nicer host.  Jadranka welcomed us with biscuits and coffee, which was only beaten by her fantastic apple pie the next day!

The apartment was clean and spacious, and the view onto the bay was absolutely fantastic.  Despite being on a main road, you really didn't notice much noise, and was no more than 10 minutes walk into the old town.

Would highly recommend both the town and this lovely apartment.

A perfect stay in a perfect town

Extremely clean apartments less than a 10 minute walk to the Old Town of Kotor. Greeted upon arrival by Jadranka with an offer of Turkish coffee or beer followed by homemade cake - what a welcoming.  The kitchen had a small fridge, a cook top, kettle, and utensils.  There is a mini market and a butcher shop less than 100 meters away to buy some essentials.  Our apartment had a small deck with a view of Kotor Bay where we enjoyed breakfast and afternoon cocktails.  In a word, "Fantastic".

Fantastic!

We stayed here 3 days in Agust 2017. The apartment we stayed  compact and very useful. We found everything we needed such as plate,spoon etc. We were able to cook dinner with the help of materials the owner supplied. It was very clean. We had private corner viewing sea,we had dinner there it was quite peaceful. As for the owner, she was really nice woman who served us cake,dessert and drinks time to time. Whenever we asked something about Kotor she sincerely answered all our questions. If you are looking for a good accomodation in Kotor,you should consider this apartment.

Perfect location

We're just back after 2 weeks in one of the apartments. Jadranka welcomed us with fresh figs. Every day there was a new treat - home made cheese pie, donuts, chocolate cake, cherry cake and melon. Jadranka was certainly the hostess with the most -est.Our apartment was spotlessly clean,and very well equipped. And the view was sublime - you could never grow tired of gazing at the Bay, watching the boats go by and seeing beautiful sunsets over the mountains. Thank you, Jadranka!
