The room  had everything you would need. Cleaned every day, coffee/tea/sugar refilled every day too. The owners were fabulous, very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, although there were lots of steps you could bypass them with the easier hills/slopes. Views was fantastic as was the large terrace with sunbeds and chairs/tables. Robert took us to the airport for a very reasonable price. And the lovely lady host bought us juice and cakes each money. Definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed here in the week of February and we were really good! Mrs. Zora is a very very generous person, even her husband and son Roberto who took us and escorted us back to the airport with a cheap figure compared to what they offer around. The rooms are not modern, indeed... but still equipped with every kind of comfort. The towels are changed every day, while the sheets are changed once a week, but if necessary it will be done many times. Mrs. Zora makes the bed in the morning and thoroughly cleans the room. I bathe a little narrow and with tubes a little ruined (we felt a certain smell). For the rest it went very well and I'd like to experience.

Almost perfect.

Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed.  Tea and coffee making facilities, fridge, hairdryer and towels.  Pretty shared terrace with a fantastic view.  Steps may be daunting for some but if you walk down one set of steps, turn right and walk to the rear of the Kompass Hotel where you can take the lift to the bay. Number 6 bus takes you to the Old Town for 15 kuna, run every ten mins. 
Robert picked us up and dropped us back to the airport for 55 euro.
Robert and his mum were lovely, and I would not hesitate in recommending this apartment.

Lovely apartment with a fantastic view

A fantastic week at this apartment. Owners very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom spotlessly clean. Tea/coffee supplied. Really good value for money, and good situation to get to old town. Very quiet at night, fabulous views from the patio. Local restaurants close by.of a high standard. Thoroughly recommended.

Apartment Zora

We arrived at 0900 when he ferry from bari arrived and caught a cab from the port. Zora was standing on the steps and immediately helped us to the apartment  which was on the top floor. The view was amazing and the apartment was spacious. There are lots of steps so if you are not able to climb many flights easily the there may be a problem. Restaurants  and the beach were all reasonable accessible. The old city was a 100kr Taxi ride away or the bus... we ware lazy so I can't tell you how much that was. I would recommend for the view alone. 

Very very good!

We had such a wonderful stay at Apartment and Rooms Zora. The room was in such a great location, down either a slope or lots of stairs to resturants/ lapad beach or a 30 minute walk into the old town. The room was cleaned daily and sheets changed after 2 days. We were treated to fresh doughnuts for breakfast every day and the owner gave us transfers to the airport for a small charge. 

Beautiful views of Lapad and Dubrovnik from the very large terrace. 

I would highly recommend Apartment and Rooms Zora to anyone- our stay was affordable and definitley one to remember!

Comfortable room with a great view and friendly hosts. Perfect choice.

The apartment is very well equipped, the views over the Lapad beach are magnificent and the staff in charge is very friendly and attentive, but it has a serious problem, it is the height of a fourth floor without an elevator, to this we must add that if you want to go to the beach or take the bus to the center of Dubrokniv you have to go down another series of stairs which makes it very uncomfortable.

Be careful with the stairs.

The hotel is located in the Lapad area and therefore close to the beaches which can be reached in 10-15 minutes (there are stairs to get to the beach!) and is also convenient for the bus stop that leads to the front door batteries (recommended the bus to get to the center). Beautiful the walk along the sea where there are bars and restaurants and the possibility of sitting on the rocks to get the sun. Our apartment was well equipped and clean, with a beautiful view of the bay, with wifi and the possibility of having breakfast in front of a small garden.

The hotel is not bad, but for Dubrovnik with its fairy prices, it is even democratic. The hotel is not in the city center, which has its advantages and disadvantages. The plus is that you can park relatively freely, and the disadvantage is that nowhere near it is normal to have breakfast. Since the hotel has a terrace and tables, it is better to stock up on breakfast in advance. The rooms are modest, but quite cozy. The furniture is old, the internet is good. But of course, if you want to explore the old city, this hotel is not suitable. It is not bad only for a transit stop in the city.

For the transit stop

We were very happy with our choice: clean room and bathroom. Bedsheets, bathroom fittings and furniture spotless. An excellent terasse with view to Lapad Beach. Good free WiFi connection and fridge available. The beach is located at 15 minutes walking distance (stairs), but we didn't mind a lovely walk. Easy access to bus station to get to Old Town of Dubrovnik. Price was OK compared to other options and what they were offering. Parking was possible along the street. If ever back in Dubrovnik would choose again!
