Generous apartments, very clean and beautifully designed. The handling  Check in and check out with the landlord was smooth. We didn't notice the noise described by some speakers. Small self-service kitchen. In just a few minutes walk you're in the old town. Parking options at the house. We'd come back!

Very nice, clean apartments

Before we left, we received an email explaining how to get to the apartment, saying that you can park at the hotel for 7.50€ and have breakfast there. It was simple. The location is good to get to the centre of Celle on foot. The apartment itself has basically everything you need to avoid the lack of light in the bathroom mirror and the limited TV reception. But you can't find any rest! The breakfast at the hotel for 7.50€ was really good, the staff there was very friendly. · Starting with the parking lot: the hotel was full, you can only stand 2 hours with a parking space in front of it, so you have to look for a space for the rooms in a large street, but you can't find a room in a small street. However, the most important thing is that it's not a bad place to sleep in the house, and even if the window is open and the window is open, the app is not even close to the window, and the window is open.

Just too loud

Every time we are in Celle we are having dinner at the Brauner Hirsch at least once. Try Ochsenfetzen with Bratkartoffeln (german Fries) and garlic sauce. This is my favorite dish and to die for.  The cozy atmosphere and the wonderful staff will gift you with an unforgettable experience. 

Best restaurant in Celle

Nice, clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. flat TV. Free parking. Apartment size and facilities for a short city tour. Small kitchen lines available. Free Wi-Fi is unfortunately limited to 30 minutes.

Weekend trip is okay.

This was a cute little apartment outside of the town of Celle. We got a small apartment because we were only staying two nights, but we thought it was very cozy and had all that we needed. There is a Penny grocery store within walking distance, but you'd have to drive to get to a larger one. The gentleman that owned the building was nice and helpful, but be aware that there is not someone on premises. He gives you his number to call if you need anything. This was no problem for us. Parking is a bit tricky because you just fit in wherever there's room at the hotel next door. It's a ten minute walk into Celle which is very picturesque. If you don't like being outside of town, you should book elsewhere. The restaurant downstairs was small but good. Be aware that they fill up with reservations on weekends. They fit us in for a quick dinner before a group that had a reservation. It worked out well. 
The kitchen is very tiny, but we didn't mind.

Small cozy apartment

We have just returned from a long weekend in Celle, where I used to visit years ago, as my sister lived there.  A beautiful, pretty town with a lovely Christmas market.  We needed somewhere to stay so I chose Brauner Hirsch - a beautiful old building with amazing character and upstairs were 4 apartments.  We had apartment 3 - perfect in every way for what we needed.  Extremely comfortable, bed amazingly comfortable. Lovely lounge area with TV and kitchen area which has everything you need (although I didn't cook anything). Instead, for most of the time we had our evening meal in the bar downstairs - the food was beautiful and very reasonable in price.  Staff couldn't do enough for us - very welcoming, even though we arrived out of normal booking in hours due to a late flight.  All in all, if you choose to visit this area of Germany, I cannot fault this place.  It's a little home from home. Parking round the back - no problems. If and when I return, I will definitely re-book with Wolfgang.  Thank you for having us.

An original and rustic restaurant with a good, uncluttered menu of German cuisine, be it beef, slices or sausage.

Rustical ambience and delicious German cuisine

On this side of Celle it's not so easy to find a place to cool down and have a diner in an easygoing location, especially later on the evening. Going downtown is sometimes too much of a hustle, especially when you don't want to drink and drive. That's why I visited the "Brown Deer" a couple of times now, and their food is good; their beer is fresh, and their staff is super friendly. I will be back. 

Easy way to end the day nicely 

When we visited a trade fair in Hanover, we used the brown deer, because the price-performance ratio is still right here during a trade fair, which by the way is quite fast to reach. The hotel is beautifully located in the center - very nice craft houses - the rooms are quite large and very clean. At the morning show you get everything you need.

Simple but good

Celle is a true delight. It is a taste of Germany condensed into a compact, easily accessible and beautiful small town. It also have the benefit of a superb outdoor swimming pool, wonderful at the height of summer. The apartments Brauner Hirsch are just outside the centre of the town but easily within walking distance. The bus number 4 takes you directly there from the train station but a taxi is almost as cheap. The apartments are excellent value for money. Comfortable, well equipped and very clean.
