These apartments are spacious and nicely decorated with all the mod cons you would expect for this price range.
Parking is available on the street outside and while not plentiful you should still easily be able to find a space within a couple of minutes of the apartment.
Walking to town is about 20 mins on a moderate downhill so the location is very good.
The owner lives upstairs and speaks good English so if you are turning up without a reservation like us just ring the bell and she will be down to help.
Only negative was the Internet was a bit slow but otherwise an excellent stay.

Worth A Visit

Great apartment. Plenty of room. Well equiped kitchen with a toaster. Massive bedroom. Full size fridge and freezer as well as washing machine

Sit in the garden and have a wine. Parking in the quiet street. 

20 minute walk into the old town. Safe, quiet area. 



Huge Apartment

We stayed at Pinus for 5 days. The place was really spacey and was absolutely flawless when we arrived. Looks even better than on the pictures. And for this price, this luxury is ridiculous. Wouldn't give anything but five stars. 

Lovely

I am having trouble writing this.
I had high expectations for this place, the reviews was excellent and everything seemed fine.
I suppose it was, sort of.

The problem with having a place that is so highly recommended, is that I also expect it to be that good.

This makes me a little hesitant when I find stuff that I think does not belong to this.
They are small things and if I had come here without reading about it in advance, I would probably had given it a 5-rating.

Parking is on the street and if someone parked badly, it was hard to get a parking.

The wi-fi was terrible, kept connecting and disconnecting, working and not working.

It said satellite channels, but I really could not find anything else but Croatian tv.

No floor mop in bathroom, so when using the bath-tub or shower, there were a lot of water on the florr that was hard to get rid of.

The towel dryer was electric and could have been useful, but the electric connection was in the open so I din´t dare put the contact in.

When they used water downstairs, for watering the garden, we had no hot water.

Beds were rock-hard and when the sheets were changed after 3 days, we got pretty worn ones that was knobbly and uncofortable to sleep on.

Some handles for doors were loose.

No "cosy-light" only full roof lights, so daylight or pitch black in the evenings.

The owners has a very large dog, that likes to bark. He is also free to walk in the garden as he likes. I am not afraid of dogs so when I was told he is friendly, I believe it.  
If you don´t like dogs, you will not enjoy this one.

The last night I was contacted for solving the payment. I was told that they only accepted cash, even though it said Visa and other cards.

I would have wanted more info about practical stuff:
Where to put garbage?
How does bathtub work (with jets and bubbles).
Dishwasher?
Hot water?
Perhaps a little binder with gathered info.

There were very nice things too:
Vine in the fridge at arrival, fresh vegetables from the garden delivered.
Good area with a lagre recreation area nearby.
Quiet apartment.

Hardest review so far.

The apartment is just as shown in the pictures.
It is modern with all the amenities.
Located in a quite place and has a good view of the marjan hills.
The host is very helpful and responsive.
The host stays on the ground floor, but we never felt any hindrance to our privacy, no body used to come upstairs to keep a check on us.

All an all it is very good apartment, good locality, apartment has all the amenities, it is newly made and i surely recommend a stay at this apartment.

P.S. The host has a travel agency so she can take care of your excursions in split.

Spacious, Modern and Brand new Apartment

I stayed in this fantastic apartment in Split... I would never come back! Modern furnishings, clean environment, super neat and accessory... sea view and close to both the beach and the city center.
