My wife and I stayed in this apartment at the beginning of August 2023. It was well situated within the city and was about a 20 minute walk into the city centre. The apartment was definitely big enough for both of us, with a small hob, microwave and fridge, though we didn’t cook anything, it was nice to have the extra room to relax. 

We had been camping the 3 days before and our tent was slightly damp, so we hung it over the balcony. It had only been there about 2 hours when the ‘manager’ came to see us to inform us that we could not drape the canopy over the railings. I had forgotten how much of a police state Germany is and that someone in the locality had rung up the administrators to tell on us! Luckily, the tent had just about dried out and we packed it away.

There is plenty of parking behind the block, which is private and does not cost anything.

It rained most of the time we were there, but there is still plenty to do. We went on a cruise for a couple of hours and also on the cable car across the Rhine, which gives a fantastic view of where the Mosel and Rhine meet.

Konlenz is a lovely city for a couple of days.

It could also have a TV that I could mirror my phone, so I can watch my subscription TV rather than what is on the TV.

Stayed for 3 nights whilst my friends were staying in a near-by campground by the river, so with its free and secure parking the location was ideal. That said, it's a 20+ minute walk into Koblenz over the river (there's also a nice passenger ferry that will take you over). Rooms were clean and reasonably furnished with towels, bedding, kitchenware and most of the items you might reasonably expect. Bed was OK, though not special and the showers temperature control took some getting used to. It's perfectly OK, but won't set the world ablaze! Location is a very ordinary residential area with lots of similarly ordinary apartment buildings around. Lidl and a few other places 5-minutes away. Service was OK and when I asked a few questions before arriving, the response was prompt.
In short, you get what you pay for here. It's cheap-ish but not in the centre of the city.

Not bad, not good, just average

When we entered the apartment, we smelled cold smoke. It is noted by the management that they are non-smoking apartments, unfortunately without success. The apartment was very beautiful and purposefully decorated. But in the future the carpet in the apartment 42 should be replaced. The apartment facing the same building was already equipped with laminate. View from the balcony grandios, directly to the fortress Ehrenbreitstein of the view. Quiet location in a residential area, the street is a back alley.

30 min walk from train station. We really really liked the penthouse apartment but it had some issues.  It was very nicely decorated with big windows and a small kitchenette.  A small bottle of prosecco was awaiting us and it was a nice touch.  We went during a very hot week in July and the apartments were stifling hot.  Not one fan in sight!  A ceiling fan or floor fan would've made the penhouse close to perfect. I really liked the furniture and lighting they had in the apartment but the carpet, though very nice, was old and stained.  The paint around the doorframes was peeling.  The view was amazing and the furnishings were luxurious.  We also had a single room for our nephew which was a disaster.  He opened the windows to cool out the room and when he went back after dinner, his room was infested with gnats!  The lighting and lack of air movement caused this I believe.  Don't go in the summer, too hot, not enough air movement. Otherwise a very nice place.

Nice apartments with some issues.

I've been working in Koblenz for eight weeks and my employer has put me in quarters here. A really good thing is that the apartment is completely sufficient, there is a large balcony, two large, deep-bottomed windows, a sofa bed (yes... somewhat in the years), a (windshift) cupboard, a kitchen line equipped with pots, snacks, refrigerator, microwave, etc. and a bathroom. Yes, there is no spa area, but there is completely enough toilet, shower, sink. The bed is very crowded, there is plenty of laundry too. So to the room itself. What facilities are available, places for cars and bikes to drive: 09 to 1200, but there's a little alternative option for me.

As soon as I entered the apartment, despite the windows being open, the strong smell of old smoke hit me, and I immediately cancelled my booking and left the apartment flighty hoping to never meet such an accommodation again.

The apartment is located in a quiet, cozy green area. It is 20 minutes walk to the city center (about 2 km). There is free parking. There is a spacious bright room with a modern design, there is a balcony with a table and chairs. It was pleasant to have a kitchen with all the necessary dishes, refrigerator, teacup, microwave, toaster.

A quiet place to relax on a trip

Super cheap hotel option, not far from Koblenz center. Great rooms, great beds and a balcony with fantastic views of the Ehrenbreitstein fortress. Well, the bathroom was not up to date, but fully functional and absolutely sufficient. Simple check-in, free parking and toilet and the next supermarket with really good bakery is almost at the door. We really had a super nice week here last year and will definitely come back again.

It's good to be back.

I am just having my last day in here today. The appartment is OK, pretty big and clean. But that's all good about it. The internet here is the most rubbish internet I have always came accross. Even a random airport or train station internet is better than this, and you are paying some serious cash for it. TV channels,  rubbish. You can't even watch a football game, just German gibberish. 

P.S. Get a freaking internet, fellaz

Decent accomodation, 0 facilities

We visited Koblenz at Christmas time and booked everything only 2 weeks in advance. Therefore we were very happy to find lodging for a large group at a reasonable rate. Place was clean and very spacious, but it was a 30-min walk from old town Koblenz. Although we had a car for tooling around the rest of Germany, taking it back and forth into old town Koblenz was not practical. Therefore, the walks back and forth in the typical December cold rain and snow made the location of Apartmentcenter less than desirable. If you are visiting Koblenz and don't want to spend an extra hour each day to get back and forth from town, pick another hotel.....it would be worth the extra money.
