This is a great location, easy to reach by car, with onsite parking, directly below the building, at a cost of 75 kuna per day, which I would recommend you should make use of, as parking in the neighbourhood isn't especially easy. 

There is a supermarket next door, several ATMs within less than a minute's walk from the door, and it takes perhaps three or four minutes to reach the beach. 

The room was spotless, good shower pressure, plenty of hot water etc. Nice balcony, and I also thought the interior decor was tastefully done. 

I was only there for one night, but I'd definitely stay again, and would certainly be open to staying for longer.

The first is that we didn't find an elevator in the upper floors, and for people with problems with the propulsion system and for those with heavy suitcases, I don't recommend it here. The second is that there is a family of hotel owners living on the first floor, who are extremely friendly and friendly... I'll probably start with the first one.. If it wasn't for the disgusting cleaning of the rooms, I'd put 4+!

Great experience

I liked this place and i'll recommend it my friends. There is always clean. These apartments located near a supermarket bakery shop, exchange. Sea site is in 3-4 minutes. There is a big parking lot.

Rest in Makarska

We stayed in this apartment for 4 days in August 2016. I have to say that we were fine, it is a very clean apartment with daily cleaning, near the sea and the lively center of Makarska. Very friendly and kind apartment staff. There is the possibility of having a car seat in the garage (((paid). Recommended.

Apartment number eight

We stayed in this apartment for 15 days in August, a fairy tale, the very kind owners, they advise you on everything, and if you have a problem with anything, ask and it will be given to you, just a few steps from downtown, but we preferred to walk the entire coast for the beauty of the beaches.

It's a great summer.

Apartment with two bedrooms with double bed, dining kitchen and large balcony with dining table overlooking the city.The beach is a 5-minute walk away and the lady who rented it is the kindest.

Cozy and large apartment.

We spent a night in the Comfort Apartment Begic. The house and studio in the attic is relatively newly maintained, and very spacious. However, the location is not so idyllic. Directly on 2 streets (before and behind the house), at night you hear music from nearby clubs, but the volume is still to be withstood. To the beach you can walk about 5 minutes, which is great. To the old town you can walk along the beach promenade about 1 km, everywhere there are restaurants and bars. We personally found the makarska location not so beautiful, the beach is totally overcrowded and it looks something like the crawny ballerman.

Solids

We were a family of three with a five year old and this place worked out nicely for us.  We booked it through Booking.com and it was advertised as an apartment with two sleeping rooms but it was really more like a hotel room with one bedroom and one living room/kitchen that had a fold out bed/sofa.  The apartment is fairly new and modern and was very clean and nice inside with a small kitchen.  Our room had two bathrooms and a hallway.  When we got there the a/c was off and it took almost a day of having it on to cool down the place but then it worked fine.  We had a nice huge balcony off our room in which we could see the water.  The managers are very nice and helpful.  There is a parking garage under the building - we were allowed to park there for free which was very nice since we weren't going to use our car during the two days that we were there.  Normally they charge around $10E a day I think for it.  There is a store right below the hotel/apartment which was very handy.  It was a short walk to the beach.  But this location is outside the older part of town and was a good walk or drive or train ride to get to that part.  There is a lot to see and do along the beach and there is a lot for kids to do in the general area.  This area seemed to only have Eastern European tourists - we did not hear a language that we recognized except for Russian and none of the tourists spoke English but most of the locals do.

When we choose this place, we were looking for best deals on Booking. 
When we arrived, we were welcomed by very friendly and helpfull guests, Vicento and his beautiful wife.
The place is very nice, clean, near to center (15-20 min. by walk on the beach), to the nice riviera in Makarska (2-3 min. by walk), and right in the same building you have a supermarket and right in the next building there is a travel agency, and also a tourist info.
They recommend and help you plan your optional excursion, make a good exchange, etc...
