We stayed for one night and it was a great place. Perfect for two people and was very clean with a beautiful view of the marina and walking distance to everything in Trogir. The owner is a lovely man who was very friendly and helpful. 

Very clean with great views & service

Even though the house is located on the busy road on Ciovo Island (the bridge is under construction, it should be finished in 2017) the noise protection windows are so great that the noise remains outside and you can only enjoy the unique view of the city of Trogir (only 100 m away). The studios are well equipped, the landlord is extremely helpful, a nice cafe just below, baker 100 m away, location to the marinas and the city, happy to return! 😄

Best location!

We, my wife and me, stayed at Feral apartments, one on the second floor for 2 nights.The apartment was small in size, but otherwise nice, it hade nice views of boats and the river, away even the mountains.It had all necessary utensils in the kitchen. Ac worked well and we got technical help to adjust the temperature according to our needs. 
The apartment was clean and relatively quiet if you closed the windows.The wifi functioned well too.The apartment is good for holidays for a couple . The Trogir old town is charming and just 3 minutes walk from the apartment and walking over the bridge. If you have time for cooking, visit the fish market, but try to be there early morning.

Small in size, but still fine !

The hotel overlooks the marina, the view of the city is only captured by the fortress. Apartments number 3 are uncomfortable, narrow, the ceiling bent - you can hit your head, there is little air, there is no simple cheap electric kettle. In the shower room the head is higher than the cabin itself, the washing machine is at the level of the knees. The price is 58 euros per night - too expensive for such an accommodation.

Rest

We stayed for four days in the one-room apartment on the second floor. Nice, comfortable and equipped even in a small space. The view of the harbor and the center is enchanting. It is a stone's throw from restaurants, the center and shops. Fortunately, we did not have to use the car we parked in the owner's reserved place about 100 meters from the apartment.

Wake up at sea

Stayed for 7 nights, perfect location & friendly owner Laurence (sorry for the confusion on last day :) ) Great little bar next door for a night cap each evening... Ask for Petra, really helpful & friendly bartender! Will visits again. Steve, Ireland

Feral apartment has a perfect location for visiting the town of trogir (facing the harbour with a very beautiful view) the apartment is very well equipped (perfectly air conditioned seeing the heat 38 degrees) very clean(changing sheets and towels regularly) the owner is a charming man

three good things

If you want a look and fell of a real fishing harbor, this is the place. The property has three appartments, one per floor, the third one being actually in the atic and smaller than the ones located at 1-st and 2-nd floor. So if you come in a party of three families, the apartment at the 3-rd floor is for younger people travelling with less luggage. The utilities in the appartmants are reasonable (Fridge, kitchen sink, coffee machine, AC - I did not see an iron board) the wireless LAN worked well and the view from the window is great, as in the attached picture.

If you drive by car, I have two tips:
1. Parking near the property is a real challenge, normally you would need some luck to find a good place but if you wait around 10-15 minutes in the car you can find a good slot. The propery has parking places at 100 m distance on a hill which would be a challenge if you have to carry heavy luggage.
2. In working days the traffic is heavy on mainstreet (remember you are on an island connected to the shore by one bridge) so plan your exit accordingly. On Sundays there is no trafic since the commuters are not using that road.

The owner of the apartments was very instrumental in solving all our requests, which is a great thing!

If you want to feel the pulse of Trogir port, this is the place

We had the top-floor studio (#3) for two nights.   Apartment is on Ciovo island, just across a little bridge from the heavily-visited old-town zone on Trogir island; it's an easy walk from the apt. into the old town and from the Bura Line Ferry dock (for a cruise to Split) on Ciovo (near the same bridge.)

Apartment was attractive and clean, bed very comfortable, a/c effective. Note that bed is oriented to face the window - so watching TV (on side wall) from bed would be a trick (no problem for us since we don't do Turkish.) Space is tight - no room for a real table - but friendly owner Lawrence shoe-horned a small counter under the dormer window where two can enjoy the superb harbor/castle view - and what a view that is. Near the apt. is the Ciovo island harbor (w/ a few restaurants) and a small grocery store (across from the Bura Line dock, near the bridge.)

Lawrence invited us for a drink at his cafe/bar "Ćakula" located near one end of the "Green Market" (a fun place to look around) and we had a nice conversation on the open-air patio upstairs, a very comfortable place with a great view of the river and a welcome breeze - really lovely. His family has lived in Trogir for some 500 years or so, and we felt privileged to get a look at Trogir and Croatia through his eyes.

Reaching our apt. involved a spiral staircase  to the 3rd floor.  If you are not sure-of-foot or in reasonably good shape, ask about an apartment on a lower level, as the last segment up has very steep and narrow steps. Otherwise, you should have no worries here.

Great location and view

The view from the marina window is just amazing, the room is not big, but it has everything you need and even more, to the historic center 5 minutes on foot, to Split airport 5 minutes by car. Parking is free.
