We had a nice room here.  Dine, the owner was very nice.  Room was clean and comfy.   We happened to see one of the apartments and it looks fantastic.   Lovely village as well with lovely restaurants.   Park good but pricey IMO.  Parking also available at front of property.   

Very nice place.

Stayed there only for one night but the place is convenient also for longer stay. Excellent location, great private parking, walking distance to restaurants or starting point for visiting national park Krka. Apartment was clean with nice view and great terrace. Host was very helpful and hospitable. Just a bit confusing to find it arriving with vehicle. Address of the apartment is Zagrađe, which is a back street and where gps will take you. Main entrance (and parking) are from the sea side (obala bana Pavla Subica)

Excellent location, great value

We had the upper, the two big holiday apartments booked! This apartment was decorated and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The access to the parking lot is a little adventurous - not following Navi!! - but here Dino helps us in advance by mail with exact access details! The location is fantastic, right by the harbour, the view from the apartment above is very nice. It is quiet and we slept very well! There was nothing missing, absolutely nothing. Every little thing was thought out, from plug-in adapters to really sharp kitchens. I had a very Skradin at the planning of the trip just because of the upper steps to the Krakow National Park so you were planning to visit it. Dino's is definitely moved here because we had a nice, clean house and we could not have a nice place to stay for 3 weeks, but we would like to have a nice place to stay in the park, because we have a few restaurants and cafeterias, and we would like to have a nice place to stay for 3 weeks, and we would like to have a nice place to stay here, but we also have a nice place to stay, and

Great location - nice house with different movies and studios

The apartment is nice, not luxurious, but nice.  It is comfortable, includes a kitchen, dining table and outdoor seating with a view of the small port.  Location is excellent for visiting Krka with on-site parking. I am happy to recommend Formenti apartments for a stay near Krka national park.

Great value and location for a visit to Krka

Very, very complicated to find: Google Map doesn't know exactly where it is... but well, if you ask local shoppers in the city, you get to find a basic but comfortable room, with what you need in the bathroom and for breakfast. Comfortable terrace. There are many other apartments in the building, but the terrace orientations and the different floors make us not bother each other.

It's hard to find!

Dino was super hospitable and kind. As soon as we arrived, he offered to help us with our suitcases and put them in our room. A clean, cozy room with its own private terrace, perfect for a night out with your partner. Having already toured the park of Krka with the best waterfalls, the host pointed us to another part of the park to visit which allowed us very nice photos! He recommended the restaurant La Marina, which was a tasty treat. As for the location of the apartment, we can't find a better one! It is 5 minutes from the boat leading directly to the national park and the private parking is spacious and secure!

Krka waterfalls

Very friendly landlord, stayed here for three days, clean holiday apartment with living room and kitchen, bathroom with shower and bedroom, the only thing missing are the soft mattresses, breakfast every day on the terrace, local shopping in Skardin.

Visit to the Krka Falls.

We stayed here one night to visit Krka National Park, couldn't have asked for a better location. Walking distance to everything in Skradin including restaurants, shops and boat to Krka. The host was great, gave us recommendations on a great restaurant, gave us tips on how to get to the National Park and best time to go as well as other attractions in the area to visit.  The room we add was not air conditioned so it was very hot but a large fan was provided which helped a ton!

Just a warning if you are driving there the parking is off "Obala Bana Pavla Subica" which is the street down by the water, not up on the hill.  We got a little lost because Google Maps took us above the apartment.  S

Great Location

Four of us stayed here for one night during our road trip of Croatia. First time in Skradin and at this apartment.

The apartment location was excellent being on the edge of the town {village} and right on the side of the waterfront.

Ample parking on the property for all.

Our host was extremely welcoming and couldn't do enough for us.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well presented. Balconies overlooked the marina.

This is a great place to stay and we will revisit Skradin and the Formenti apartments on our next visit to Croatia.

One words of warning - there are three flights of steps upto the apartment! This is a bit of a burden when carrying heavy cases but once in the apartment the steps are soon forgotten. 

If you are not in reasonable health, be careful.
