Apartment modern, functional, finely furnished, the property provides the guest with everything and more included in the price. In addition, Rovigno is a splendid location, characteristic, romantic, with delightful beaches. Only two things. It would be advisable to make bicycles available to guests to reach the city center or the beaches (we wanted to bring our seats but there was no space in the trunk and load them on the roof of the car was bulky).

What a pleasant stay.

Stayed here for two nights and was very satisfied with what we got.
The apartments are in a quiet residential street about 20-30 minutes walk from the old town and have their own private parking if you have a vehicle.
Rooms are excellent with high quality furnishings and fast Internet.
The hosts are very helpful and will go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and find your way around Rovinj.
Nearest  supermarket is about 15-20 minutes walk if you need provisions.
We enjoyed this place a lot.

Very High Quality Apartments

Rovinj was one of our most favourite places we visited in all of Slovenia and Croatia.  Apartments Nina is in a residential area outside the Old Town area we found it took us about 15 min to walk to the start of the Old Town area, about 30 min to the core.  It was a nice safe area to walk through, we didn’t mind the walk.  Downhill going in, uphill coming back.  There is an area to get a taxi if you are too tired to walk back in the evening. I found the accommodation to be far more reasonably priced then staying in the Old Town area and we had a car and wanted to take advantage of the free parking.  The apartment comes with everything you need it you want to do some of your own cooking and markets are close by.  Our double beds were 2 singles which we did not mind.  Warm welcome by our hosts with a lovely glass of local Croatian wine and all the information we could want about the area.  Apartment comes with a small balcony, beds were comfortable, everything clean.  If you are visiting Croatia be sure to include a visit to Rovinj.  

Road trip around Croatia and Slovenia 

It was a pleasant week in complete relaxation, thanks to the beaches of Rovignij, the beautiful sunshine and perfect temperatures, but also to the beautiful apartment of the Nina, spacious spaces 2 services that in 4 people does not spoil. The location is not on the sea or in the bustling historic center, but the location is baricentric to reach all the beaches of Rovignij.

Courtesy and privacy

I stayed in this apartment one warm August night with my companion. Having decided at the last to spend two days in Rovinj, I had booked via Booking almost to the last and for this reason of course the price was quite high; however the cost of the stay was worth it as the apartment was up to the reviews and photos published by the booking site. The owner of the very kind and available property accompanied us to our single room illustrating the amenities present (private bathroom, dryer hats, clean sheets, having a mini-cuff, air conditioning, balcony and area) and handing us the keys. The location is really excellent, under the house, in a car from the sea and the very convenient area; I would certainly not have found it in the previous few minutes, except for a nice car park: I would have found it here in Croatia: a nice surprise: a nice parking area!

A pleasant stay

We had a pleasant three day stay in a one bedroom apartment with balcony. The apt was spotless, comfortable, and nicely appointed. The owners were friendly and helpful. Convenient parking within property. A/C worked well. Good wifi. Market close by. Only negatives were no hot water for two days (apparently an electrical problem?), no soap or shampoo in the bath, and the neighbourhood was a little noisy (however all was quiet after 11pm). We walked twice daily( ~15 minute) to the city centre, enjoying the streets filled with shops, cafes and restaurants. A gelato was a favourite. Took a small ferry boat from the pier to San Andrej island where we spent a few hours walking the paths along the beach, very pretty. Several people swam here but it is a rocky beach so footwear is needed. Ate at Dario's one evening as close to apt; good pizza and seafood spaghetti. Overall Apartments Nina is a good choice for your stay in Rovinj.

Nice apartment 

We stayed in apartment which included small kitchen and balcony. Apartment is very clean and very well kept! Beds are really comfortable. Kitchen is equiped with everything you need for cooking quick meals! Area is great, quiet, parking is just around the corner of the aparments. It is located 15-20 minutes by feet from the Old town. Owner is really nice and ready to help with everthying! 

Great choice

The Nina apartments are all family-run, the owners are very courteous and available for any information, the cleanliness of the apartment is more than impeccable, the area is in a very quiet residential area 15 minutes from the center of Rovinj and 10 minutes by bike from the best beaches.

Relaxation, cleanliness and courtesy

I spent two nights with friends in this b&b. Since arriving, the owner and her husband welcomed us with kindness, courtesy and professionalism giving us all the directions on how to get to the center of the village (about 2km) and what to visit. The structure is very recent and the apartments are spacious and equipped not only with a full kitchen but also with wide windows and a comfortable terrace (with chairs, table and stand) that make the use of air conditioning superfluous. One thing is that it would be better to warn guests before check-out about the fact that the payments that must be made in advance. Prices are normally in 3 rooms in the same apartment.

We stayed three nights and enjoyed the apartment and the small balcony. It is well equiped for one or 2 people, well thought out, good size, spotless and appears to be relativley new. The kitchenette has a two burner cooktop, microwave, hot water kettle, frig and all the kitchen tools with pots and pans. The only complaint which I did not address was the lack of a spatula. Unfortunately the small skillet was a bit banged up due to using metal tools on a non scratch surface. Plenty of supplies and very friendly. Parking is on the street around the corner approx 25-30 meters. Would stay again! PS: If you weigh in around 240 the shower is a bit tight but manageable!
