We had a great time in Split. The property is off the main road, so you don’t have to deal with the noise from traffic, Judy a few neighbors talking loudly/laughing from time to time. 

Andrea, the manager, was there when we arrived. She was very attentive throughout the process of purchasing the apartment all the way to our departure. She was also informative, gave us info on what to do/where to go/where not to go, etc. Even supplied us with a map and locations of interest. 

The apartment fit the need. A nice, small studio apartment. Nice sized bed. Small dining area. And a wardrobe for hanging your clothes. 
I would say there is a need for a few more dishes if one plans to eat in and make food. Not a big deal, but we washed dishes frequently and could only use a pot and pan to cook. Again. Not a major issue at all. 
Other than the above, at times it was alarming hearing doors open and close in the hallway where the other apartments were located. But other than that, the rooms were essentially sound proof. I’d do it all over again without hesitation. Treat yourself and enjoy Split, Croatia.

Enjoy the Mediterranean

Prior to travelling I e mailed Andrea to arrange airport transfer.On arrival a taxi driver was awaiting with a card with my name. 30 minutes later we were at the apartment.Fare 38 euro the going rate. met by Mate who introduced us to the apartment.He told is about the city and had  good tips for  restaurants and trips etc. Also left us a small mobile phone in case we ever needed to contact him.,Appart
Ment only a 5 minute walk to you want to be.I would recommend using the red blue and green line tour bus service that you get at the end of the prom.2 mins from appt. Get a bus back to airport 5 euro. At the harbour.I hope anyone who visits Split enjoys it as much as I did.  Liam mcC from Antrin.

Classic studio suite, modern , renovated, beautiful, KS bed, settee, table & chairs, kitchenette, good size bathroom with step in shower, AC, Wifi free, great location to the old town & port.
friendly helpful manager, absolute gem of a place.

Nice apartment. Well decorated. Ground floor and rather dark, with entrance door overlooking the street. Residential neighborhood a little repugnant at first glance. Relatively quiet. Microwave-free kitchen (just fridge and plates). Comfortable bed. Bathroom a little small. Very accessible hostess and giving maximum advice to enjoy the stay. Provision of a local mobile phone for possible bookings! (Very good idea). Paid parking at 5 minutes walk. 160 kunas per day. Apartment 5/7 minutes from the old old town.

Nice apartment.

We were here for 3 nights. The room was a nice size, clean, enough towels, nice terrace with direct access to the pool. Staff is very friendly (like most of Croatians). The breakfast is good, fresh and continuously cared for by the staff. It is a pitty that the breakfast room is inside but I suppose it would be possible to eat on your terrace. Coffee and tea are available throughout the day. It is about 10 minutes (by car) to Split center. Reception can book you an uber and it is very easy to take a taxi back to the hotel. At a few minutes walk you will find the beach which was crowded, pebbles and only shadow from some trees but it was nice for a couple of hours.

We were welcomed by the lovely Andrea who ensured we had a parking space, explained the town in detail and gave an introductory  expression to the friendly, historical, and more importantly human city. In addition, the location is a stone’s throw from the palace which is quite simply gorgeous.

Perfect Location

We were on a holiday to Croatia and had planned 3 nights in Split. While we often stayed in hotels, we were initially a little apprehensive on staying in an apartment. When we landed at Split, we faced a challenge to get to the apartment since the approach was winding through a flight of steps. But once at the apartment, we were pleasantly surprised by the way the room was maintained. We met a young lady Andrea who received us and explained the property and facilities as patiently as one could and answered all our queries with extreme care and concern. The studio apartment was so well appointed with all possible facilities that I almost felt it to be better than living in a hotel! The room was shining with cleanliness and every item was so well organised. We had the best stay here. This located a stone’s throw away from the old city square and thus, very conveniently located. There are supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy and a green market nearby. We almost felt like being st home and yet access to luxuries of a hotel within the apartment! Thank you Oasis Team!

My most memorable stay

This place is fun and almost trendy--and in a crazy part of the city which is basically entirely walking (so don't stay here if you are carrying luggage, and don't arrive after dark--really hard to find).  But really fun...we had a loft in our place, with just a chair up there--which is funky and kind of fun...the bathrooms are clean, the windows open...you can hear a pin drop from outside the door which is a bit of a bummer...the efficiency kitchen is decently equipped and the shower stall bathroom is much nicer than that sounds...But you will get only the towels shown in the photo above...and no additional pillows--though the pillows provided are extremely low profile...
Although the room is spotlessly clean, I don't think that they clean the duvet between guests...so, that kind of thing totally bums me out--i like everything they put on the bed to be cleaned between guests...Maybe it is...hopefully they will say...In any case I found it rolled up in the closet...and began to un-role it only to find that it appeared to be pretty grungy...also parking is a huge hassle here...but if you are just using uber and walking around the city and you arrived with a back-pack and you don't need a blanket tonight and you don't plan to shower more than once each day, and you don't mind a very thin pillow...then this is the place for you.

We were accommodated on two occasions: excellent infrastructure and staff care, clean, spacious and well-lit rooms, with access to the pool, decorated with great taste. Very comfortable bed. Wide bathroom. Close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Very complete breakfast. To get to Split you need to take a bus or taxi. Very recommended. We will return.

Great experience

First of all, the location is ideal, in a quiet neighborhood close to the historic center and close to the city beach. The apartment is tastefully furnished, quiet, clean, the bed is comfortable. The property is very present, punctual and efficient. The kitchen is essential and has few accessories, so it's not a practical apartment for cooking and eating, it's probably a good place for breakfast, although there's a supermarket nearby.
