The rooms are quiet and tastefully furnished. They have a cooking corner, air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

In the heart of Rovinj

We spent a total of 4 nights in Rovinj and stayed at Tanga Apartments in the  Verde  Apartment which  is located on the second floor.

When we arrived there was no one there but luckily the lady from the adjoining property called the owner( our mobile phone roaming was not working ) who  lived very close by. 

The apartment is equipped with mini kitchen, LTC TV with local and satellite channels, private bathroom with shower cabin, air condition and two single beds pushed together.

The kitchen had everything we needed to cook which we did one night because of wet weather.

The apartments are located in a quiet street right in the old town which makes for very easy exploring. There are some steps but are easily managed.

For the first two nights of our stay the cable TV was not working and to our surprise the owner presented us with a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates. Totally unexpected.

We had an enjoyable time staying at Tanga and would recommend it as a place to stay in Rovinj

Great Apartment in the heart of old town Rovinj

Rovinj is a charming town and has to be experienced from inside its old town. My wife and I spent 3 nights in the city and stayed in the blue apartment of Apartments Tanga. The blue one is on the top of the building, so be prepared for some stairs if you take this apartment, but it was not difficult.
The apartment is very well-equipped, clean and illuminated. There is room enough for a couple. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook or to maintain food in a good condition. To get to the bedroom, you need to go up some stairs and there you'll find just a bed and some lamps. 
The downsides were that the air conditioner was half-way in the stairs to the bedroom and we had to mind our head everytime we went upstairs. The other point is the skylight in the room, because the room get lit up as soon as the sun rises. So, no late sleeping.
Besides these two points, the apartment is wonderful and we liked it a lot. Location is amazing, next to the walking side, restaurants, harbour, etc. David, the host, is very nice and attentive. However, don't try to call him as you get to Rovinj, as we did. We tried to call him in Valdibora parking but happened we could not reach him with the number we had. The right number to call him is informed in a sign upside the front door of the apartment building. So, get to the parking place and go directly to the apartment. It is not far.

Nice host in the heart of Rovinj

The owner is very nice and kind, he let us check-in 4 hours before the time expected. The apartment is right in the centre of Rovinj, next to shops, art galleries, cafès, restaurants and it takes only a 5 minutes walk to reach the nearest beach. Valdibora car parking is also a 5 minutes'walk away. The orange studio is modern, charming and clean, maybe a bit smaller than in the pictures, but still comfortable for a couple. You will find basic stuff such as tea towels, washing-up liquid, liquid soap, kitchenware.
