We were greeted very kindly by Dean the friendly homeowner!! the apartment was very well maintained and clean there was nothing missing!! The beach is only a few meters away from the apartment as well as the supermarket too. The city of rovinj is 2 km away from the house and we liked it very well!! we will definitely come back 😍😍

To feel good

We left on the 12th of August and we returned on the 18th we were well clean apartment equipped with towels, phon sheets and air conditioner to be an apartment I expected worse and instead it was a pleasant surprise near the beach borik that was reached on foot through a path just 10 minutes walk we were well and ruined we liked very much apart from the antipathy of the Croats towards the Italians but for the rest we were well beautiful sea and very nice coastal centre.

Family Vacation

We were warmly welcomed by Dean, the owner, who showed us everything in the accommodation. He was also helpful about the surroundings and Rovinj. The accommodation consisted of a bedroom, kitchen with sink and bathroom. In addition, a small seating area in the garden. The accommodation is simple but neatly furnished. Free Wi-Fi. You can walk to a consumer and the beach in 3 minutes.

We were two weeks in August clean apartment perfect underwear we had a small garden with table chairs and comfortable umbrella since we have the dog very kindly the manager out of the drawer x the guests comfortable at the beach near a market various restaurants parking in front of the house

That's a good situation.

We spent there 5 days enjoying croatian seaside. Apartment was ready, clean and nicely furnished. They offer also very nice garden so you can take a rest after sunny day. Distance to the city and beach is OK, to the nearest shop and restaurant is around 100 m. I recommend

Friendly owner, great appartmants

My husband and I stayed in this building in August. The apartment, at least ours, was very small with very few support floors. We used the chairs to support our things. There is little equipment in the kitchen. It is a few minutes walk from the beach but to get to the center you have to take the car. Great cleaning.

4 days in Rovinj

My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel in August with our little girl of three and a half months. We were greeted by Valentina, an extremely kind and open-minded girl. An orderly, small but pretty apartment with a garden with a lunch table outside. We probably made the mistake of booking for two people because we were actually a little tight with the baby, but in 2 the accommodation would be perfect. Clean accommodation and 2 minutes walk from the first beach.

Very Pleasant Stay

We only had 4 days in Rovinj and we were looking for something close to the beach. The walk to the beach is a few minutes business among the trees. 
The apartment was in good order, with Air Con (which in my book is mandatory as the mosquitoes outside will keep you from opening the windows!), and pretty decent beds. Unfortunately we found no breakfast bowls and glasses in the kitchen so we had to call the caretaker to kindly bring us some (which he eventually did).
All in all it was a pretty good stay, place is quiet and a 10 min drive from the city center.
