Cannes

We rented it to enjoy Cannes in the late season. The apartment is sealed, comfortable, ideally located in the main shopping street with also many restaurants, and 2 steps from the beach.

Enjoy Cannes as a pedestrian.

Location - in the most centr of city. Almost opposite the entrance to the municipal (free) beach.. · It could be: 1. issue a brighter route to the parking lot (provided it was almost unreadable). 2. give advance warning that parking at a price of 17 euros is practically impossible, and possible only at a price of 28 euros.. give a clear description - exactly how to get to the parking lot in the conditions when it is located on the street with side traffic and at the entrance to this street hang almost immediately 3 (TRI!) signs prohibiting the departure of traffic (provided it was almost immediately possible to get a clear description of the price). 4. They could get a clear description of the price of the road (provided they could get a clear description of the price of the road and give a clear description of how to enter the street.

I'm not going to say I was disappointed, but I was clearly expecting something different, although it wasn't bad.

The manager is available and very friendly. The apartment (No.2) is very clean and offers all the comforts necessary to spend a pleasant stay. Located 2 steps from the Festival Palace and therefore from the sea, in the city centre but at the same time very quiet.

Accommodation and quality services

First off if you above floor one just know that there is only stairs and lots of them.
Apartments very average, very small cooking area, bedrooms nice size but bathrooms tiny.
The restaurant outside are very noisy and so thur/fri/sat nights are eventful.
I would not stay there by choice.
Big pro is the air-con works well.

My friend and I have just spent one week in apartment 4 at 7 rue Florian, and we are so happy with our choice of accomadation. 
The communication with the owner was excellent all the way. We were met at arrival, we were communicating through the week, and we also met at check out. There was never any problems. We even got to check in earlier, and we also were able to store our luggage after check out! 
The apartment was exactly as described. The photos of the apartment are accurate! The apartment  is well equipped, it is clean, it has air con in all rooms, there is a laundry room available, the beds are comfy. 
Yes, one of the bedrooms is much smaller, so is its bathroom, but you are probably not in Cannes to stay in your bedroom anyway. 
The location is superb! 
There is some noice from the restaurants below, but we were not too bothered by this. 
I will be back some day, so will my friend!

What a fabulous place. A beautiful  apartment in a traditional Cannes house. Arthur, the host, met us and was on hand to help. You are within easy walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. It is clean and you have all you need if you wish to cook. There are no cleaning deposits and all Arthur asks is that you dispose of your rubbish which is no hardship. It easily sleeps a family of 4 but the second bedroom is rather smaller than the main one. However, they both have an ensuite and to be honest, how long are you in bed for? Great lounge/diner with TV and free WIFI. We are young and fit (I like to think!) but if you have any disability/walking issues, then the apartment we had (top floor) would not suit as there are an awful lot of stairs. Around 70 ish. So don't go for dinner and forget something as it's a bit of a trek back up.
Overall a fabulous place to stay and would definitely recommend it to friends and return myself.

Lovely family owned apartment close to the Croisette and nearby shops and restaurants around Rue d'Antibes.
I stayed here with friends and arranged a viewing with Arthur at short notice.  On our arrival he was extremely welcoming and helpful. 
The apartment we stayed in was very well equipped and spacious, it was a treat to have air con and such a lovely home to stay in for the week. The only negative is that the master bedroom with ensuite is considerably more spacious than the 2nd bedroom, but wasn't a problem as we were out most of the time.

Excellent location, 200 meters to the beach.
Very friendly host. Nice two bedrooms, well equipped kitchen. Speedy wifi.
It was our second stay in 7 Florian, and we plan to return to this nice apartment again.
It is an excellent accommodation for a small family.

6 days in Cannes

We stayed with my family in an apartment of the Florian Hotel for one night. It is equipped with every comfort, although not luxurious, but comfortable. The hotel owners are available and cute. The location is excellent, in the center, for the parking we had to adapt, I would recommend for the weekend the paid parking directly on the street, during the weekdays it is better to find and a parking that includes the payment of a daily fee. (of course if the seats available at the hotel were finished!). Cannes is a laughable and cute town, to visit! I would definitely return to this apartment and I would recommend it very much!

It's a lovely apartment.

We spent 3 nights in Cannes, in early January. The apartment is well-finished, in excellent condition, fully equipped. It has efficient electric radiators in every room. Very quiet, quiet, with very comfortable beds. The location to move to downtown Cannes and to reach the station is really perfect. To save, book online parking before your arrival (parking Maria at 5 minutes is available for long stops).
