I can't review the hotel for its services but for the attitude it does. after booking for over two months, we arrived at the hotel and it was closed for renovation. they didn't even send us an email to inform us about the situation, thankfully we didn't pay in advance.

Hotel closed

Not everything is perfect, but the team will do everything to satisfy you! The only place in Cambodia where we haven't had ants and - or other Bibes! A clean, charming, welcoming guesthouse or we serve a respectable lunch, or the receptionist will do everything to help you and or Mr. Pha (tuktuk driver) will offer you a timely, safe and friendly service! If we return to Cambodia, we will return to the Aquana boutique! Judith and Gaétan X

What an exceptional staff!

Perfect accommodation in the center of Phnom Penh, beautiful and spacious rooms even the triple (where we were), bathroom in discreet room, and all in all good cleanliness (the next room laments cockroaches but we never had this problem!).

It's perfect.

We had a deluxe room located on the top floor overlooking Phnom phen beautiful and large balcony room with separate living room tv flat screen refrigerator boiler room bathroom with bathtub room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed wifi not very functional and climatic a little long cool the room but well it's very very hot dehros and the climes roam a little.....well soundproofed room we hear nothing at all strong chest very large sofa.

There's nothing to be said about super-gestrous.

We arrived in Phnom Penh on a dark July night and at the hotel in question we immediately got acquainted with the wonderful Cambodian hospitality. Compassionate, available and friendly staff. They can arrange transfers, walks, excursions. They offer excellent culinary advice and no. Breakfast offers a choice of 3/4 dishes, always excellent. The rooms are clean and functional. The area where the hotel is located I personally like. Along a tree-lined avenue, typical of Phnom Penh, two steps from the charming 240th street, which with its excellent artistic and restaurant management accompanies directly to the Royal Palace. We walked back to the hotel even late in the evening and I never felt any kind of security in the empty streets, despite the young boys who do not complain about the empty boats.

Good place in wonderful Phnom Penh

I spent a month in this GH for work reasons, despite some small problems, which I can assure is more due to the inconvenience of a developing country (as I spent 3 months in Cambodia) than the fact that it is not a good place, and was a really nice experience. The location is optimal, a few steps from BKK1 and the main streets, the GH is nice and clean, the bathroom leaves a bit to be desired but perfectly functioning and comfortable, and only old. The best of this GH are the people!

What a great people!

This guesthouse is really great: very well located, very clean and spacious rooms, wifi, very good food, laundry service and above all a very nice staff and really lovely! We had planned to stay one night and finally we stayed two more nights. The right choice to make to stay in Phnom Penh!

What a lovely guesthouse!

I'm sorry to write this review because the staff at the guesthouse were really nice and very efficient. Unfortunately, in two nights we changed two rooms and both of them had problems with the toilet drain in the bathroom. The water was draining straight down to the floor, down to the floor. The water was smelly... smelled like sewage. I don't know if this is a problem for this guesthouse or the city in general. The bathroom window was full of ants. The guesthouse doesn't have an elevator. We were fine because we went to the second floor the first night and then went down to the first floor. But there are up to four floors of steep stairs... I think you can find a better place.

Not fully satisfied

We had the family room which was actually a suite with a room and a large living room. Plenty of room for our two children: a first in Asia. Very clean, very quiet. Very professional staff. Our only regret: we only stayed there one night.

Where to go in Phnom Penh

We had a great stay in this hotel, very nice and helpful staff. Very clean and spacious rooms. We tested the restaurant, excellent dishes that change regularly.
