Accommodation:									
The Ashraya International Hotel provides three different categories of rooms.

1. Standard Rooms
Standard rooms are of about 250 Sq.Ft. These rooms are served with twin beds along with all the basic facilities including the tea/coffee maker, In-house laundry service. It promises fresh distinctive experience along with Wi-Fi connection. These rooms provide road side ambience view.

   

2. Superior Rooms
Superior rooms are of about 310 square feet. These rooms are provided with Twin/king size beds, clean linens and fluffy beds rebooting your tired cells. This room provides separate twin beds along with Wi-Fi connections. To safe guard your valuable items we provide with the electronic safety locker and with all basic amenities which have in standard rooms.

         

3. Suite Rooms
Complete delivery of comfort & leisure, suites rooms of about 380Sq.Ft. featuring separate Bedroom along with living room. These rooms serve with King Sized beds and the authentic fixtures, Along with a mini-refrigerator containing innumerable taste of soft drinks and tea/coffee maker. The room which is wooden flooring makes your stay classic yet even more standardized.

          

4. Deluxe Suite Rooms
Complete delivery of comfort & leisure, Deluxe suites rooms of about 420Sq.Ft. featuring separate Bedroom with a sliding door bathroom with along living room. These rooms serve with King Sized beds and the authentic fixtures, Along with a mini-refrigerator containing innumerable taste of soft drinks and tea/coffee maker. #BEST HOTEL IN CITY CENTER

Booked 2 Rooms for holiday along with family, Had an very good time. Excellent Service & Hospitality. All locations is easy acessible from the hotel & near by around 1 -2 Kms. 2 Restaurants are available in hotel 1 is south indian & 1 chineese both are good. Complimentary break fast was very good with complete range. Best hotel in city with near approach to station & tourist spot.

Visited Ashraya international in Dec 2019
I forgot my iPhone earphones in the room and requested Ashraya staff to check with the housekeeping staff. 
They deined to find those even after my request and I was informed that housekeeping services didn't found any earphones even after I was 100% sure about my forgotten thing. 
Really Disappointed with the service and support.

I am a regular visitor of their restaurant. 
-Very conveniently located.
-Easy access.
-Reasonably large parking place (Assistance available)
--Aathithya Restaurant is a multi-cuisine restaurant
--The Oriental Spice Restaurant -Thai flavors, Chinese styles, Indonesian flavors, the hot and spicy Malaysian cuisine available. 
-Fabulous food. 
-Good Eastern Variety menu provided, to choose from.
-They offer Buffet on working days.
--more than anything else, excellent people.

Very good Eastern / Chinese food

Booked 3 Superior Room 3 weeks prior to visit. Hotel rang on the day to confirm booking. Arrived 11.30pm and without informing us sent each of us to very old, smelly horrible rooms. After complaining staff confirmed that they overbooked the hotel and didn’t have space. After unsatisfactory outcome two were assigned to booked room one to a smelly room. The two more nights have been corrected. Hotel not international very tired. Superior rooms ok Breakfast is basic. Not coming back.

Terrible Service

Booked this hotel for 2 days in Aug 2018. Once checked-in, shocked to see very old room interior with decades old mattresses which were very uncomfortable to sit. Moreover, they combined 2 single beds (with mattress springs almost out on 1 of the single bed) to make a double bed. Upon complain, they tried to convince me to adjust for one night in that room. After 2 hours of heated arguments, finally, I decided to check-out from this hotel immediately. 

Beware of room images as this hotel is still having many rooms with very old and poor infrastructure.

Room images are deceptive.

I attended a family function at this hotel on 17th morning at the Banquet Hall, Ground floor.  The entry was from the side of the hotel, a few steps down and led into a large Hall that can accommodate about 100 persons.  The Hall was very warm and lacked A/c comfort and there was no help from the hotel either.  The waiters present to serve lunch were not cordial and were ready to charge at you.  The time spent was not so pleasant as we all sweated it out during the function and after. The hotel needs to look into the aspect of perfect air conditioning as otherwise, business will be lost.

banquet Hall

The room was rather clean and big, No charging point for phone near the bed, and the toiletries were average, good thing I carried my own. Also, the mattress in room 201 was too lumpy, I could feel the springs while lying down, plus the whole night the level of noise outside the room was too high and disturbing - I am not sure if it was staff talking and walking around or other guests, unfortunately, there was no keyhole on the door (which I feel is basic stuff for security), and I was perhaps put up in  one of the older constructed rooms. Overall, not very comfortable. Though the breakfast buffet at their restaurant was quite tasty, and the staff was friendly

Business stay

All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous. Great location, really pleasant & good place to stay.

"Definitely recommend to visitors". Seems out of the way, but not really, very handy metro, and in interesting.

Good hotel to stay with super service,good staff,neat and spacious rooms,very pleasing reception team and restaurant staff.i stayed with my infant daughter and five year old son and they had a whale of time over 3 days.
I only wish they had a good Thali options to showcase Kannada food.buffet is too much of fusion that doesn't give a taste of local cuisine
