I rate 4 stars as we did not had toillet paper but some paper towels (like 5 😅) as we arrived after the reception scheduale we could not request one. However I liked the place, the room was small but clean and cosy, the shower is big and great. Is located nearby city center in a quite and nice area. Considering the price i found the accomodation as being a nice place to sleep. Maybe they can put an ashtray at the building entrance, if you are a smoker is tricky as the nearest trash is at 100m. 

Nice place 

The room was well equipped, clean and well maintained. The fact that the refrigerator was constantly making noises cannot be taken as a disadvantage. They chose a nice model, even with an extra freezer part, not just the usual small compartment. In an accommodation of this price class, one cannot expect that the running noise will still be respected. More disturbing was already the streetcar right in front of the house. The traffic through the windows was still surprisingly well dampened, but the very noisy streetcar was quite disturbing. Really annoying the communication. It would have been possible to put the hours in the courtyard. But this is because the condition was that no one would have been given the phone number and the car was not given at all. So if the car was not received at all and the cost of the car was not enough, then the city is not going to be very happy due to the constantly occupied telephone number. So if the car is not being used, then the car is not going to be very well received.

Rooms well, service leaves to be desired

the location is very good, near unirii square , 7-8 minutes by walk .
there are markets nearby, restaurants (queens , i ate a very good pizza here) ;
the rooms are a bit small but super clean and the bed is comfortable.
the internet wi-fi didn t worked when i was here, i tried many times but useless..
the price is low and i think is a good value as a hotel , even is not the greatest is clean and near the center of the Oradea.

good location , good value

Located in a strategic area, just a few steps from the centre and well served by restaurants and a minimarket, excellent WI.FI, a minimalist atmosphere, all measured with a sense of care in detail.

Oradea was the first stop on a road trip through Romania and culminated in Moldova. If you see the morning... we arrived with a considerable delay compared to the appointment with the owner, who left us the keys at the adjacent bar to the property. Great welcome (okay, I was traveling advantageous because my girlfriend speaks Romanian and understanding was not a problem), the place must have been renovated very recently because everything looked new, room and bathroom very clean (after a very unfavorable experience in Budapest the two days before this aspect weighed heavily on the evaluation of excellence) and the price, 100 euros (less than 25 euros) in two, is extraordinarily low for what is offered!
