Great atmosphere and good stuff and friendly entertainmant team with great food esspecially Pablooo the hotel is close to airport with great night program and the suff is helpfull with nearby new opend shops and malls are nearby and thank you see u next year

Great hotel

Baia Lara hotel was a lovely place to stay. Staff were always smiling and helpful, the food was amazing buffet style with every kind of food you could wish for. Also a la carte options but we haven’t tried yet. The entertainment staff are super enthusiastic and I particularly enjoyed the daily aquarobics sessions with the lovely Ayse who was very energetic and did a fabulous job of making the sessions fun and worthwhile - a bit of exercise on holiday is always great! Evenings were also great fun with good quality shows and great staging. Spa was gorgeous we had Turkish bath and massage which is well recommended  Overall so far really enjoying it and would recommend for families or couples alike.

Great hotel lovely pool spa and team!

Currently finishing my last few days off at this hotel, and we have loved it.
We have travelled as 2 couples, and one of us having a 2 year old. 
I have been to Turkey 5 times, but this is my first time in Antalaya.
Check in was fast, and they positioned our rooms close to one another. The room is spacious and very clean! Mini fridge stocked every day, and towels changed every day. 
A good selection at breakfast, dinner and tea, the snack bar at lunch time is a very good touch. The pool area is cleaned quite frequently and all the staff are friendly and smiley. 
The only down side to the hotel which is something the hotel can't actually control is the music from other hotels that goes on till the early hours. I believe only certain rooms hear this, unfortunately our room was one of them. And the smoking from guests in the outside restaurants. They is a small non smoking section for you to eat in, so maybe that could be something they look at extending. 

Other than that I have no other faults! A very nice hotel, ignore the moans, I've heard so many people moaning over the unnecessary! Come and enjoy beautiful Turkey!

Great hotel, entertainment team are great, drinks easy to get and the shows are good, sunay from the entertainment made our holiday so much fun, they went above and beyond to ensure that you had everything you need! Sunay is brilliant thank you!

Baia Lara review

Here 4 x 2 weeks, + points / good pools , air con works, premium drinks.
Minus points/  only 3 bars , only 1 restaurant, add payment €20 for the only ONE other restaurant that has 3 menus, sold as separate restaurants , VERY MISLEADING , very poor towels in room & beach.had to have room towels changed as threadbear on a number of occasions, had to moan about cleaning of our balcony & glass, I would not recommend this hotel, it’s a good 3 star period .

NOWHERE CLOSE to 5 star

Just returned yesterday and what a wonderful time we both had the staff are super friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them.The hotel is very clean but would say they probably could do with a few more room cleaners.The food is plentiful and a wide choice so something even for the fussy eater. Starbucks is a lovely addition and there isn't any need to get up the crack of dawn for a sunbed as plenty to go around so many pools to choice from.We will be coming back to this hotel next year. We also used the spa that was a lovely experience.

Excellent hotel and we will be returning

2nd stay at Baia, fantastic hotel. Rooms are comfy and cleaned daily. Food is fantastic and always plenty of choice. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Recommend the aqua aerobics great fun. 
Lots of activities on throughout the day for those that want to join in.

Great Place

Fantastic hotel, clean, prompt service and effort with us as guests very friendly, great service at bar and selection of food top drawer. 
Special mention to Sunay the entertainer, bringing fun vibes all the time creating great atmosphere day and night. Top bloke. 
Will be visiting again.

The best holiday


 It was a fantastic experience. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is impeccable, and the staff are kind. The pool and beach areas are calm and relaxing.
 The air conditioning works perfectly.
The food is good, offering a variety of delicious options, and the location is ideal with stunning views. 
The night music shows were enjoyable on some nights, but on other nights, the selection—especially the rap music—didn’t quite fit with all tastes.
One downside was the persistent spa staff who continually approached us, even after we declined their services multiple times, which was a bit bothersome.
Despite this, Baia Lara is a great option for a family vacation, especially for those with kids. We would definitely recommend it



Very good experience

Arrived on Wednesday 21st August at 3.30am to lovely reception staff but no welcome drinks or cool towels which I would expect from a 5 star hotel especially in Aug in a hot country. We travelled as a group of 14 (all family) but all booked separately. 3 families were together  as had the same surname (all on the 4th floor one side of the hotel) but my name was different so I was on 6th floor on the other side of the hotel. We did ask if they had any rooms on 4th floor but they didn’t but it wasn’t an issue. 
We had a larger sea view room (2 x adults and 2 kids 15yrs and 12yrs). Huge bed plus a single and sofa bed. The huge bed was so hard and only one pillow each was provided so had to ask for more. We could see the sea but we also were round the side of the hotel which over looked next doors hotel. 
At night the music/ entertainment from next doors hotel was very loud but if you shut the doors it was bearable. 
Air con in the room is very dated and you had to keep your key card in all the time for about 3 days solid to feel an effect. TV in the room very dated and only 1 English Channel. Mini bar was filled daily and you were supplied with only 2 sachets of coffee and coffee mate which is absolutely disgusting. Every hotel we have stayed in before have had nespresso machines. 
Rooms were cleaned daily and the maid we had was lovely. We did tip her a few times during the week but she still knocked on our door at 8 am to tell us she wouldn’t be cleaning the next day and hinted for another tip which I didn’t give her. If you looked under the beds they were very dusty but apart from that the rooms were clean (apart from the stained toilet and it had a sticker on the lid which was half ripped off).
Most of the staff were friendly and some were just very annoying ie spa people- everyday 2-3 times a day trying to get you to book into the spa. 
The towel lady Ghulam - absolutely lovely. So friendly and welcoming she is trying to learn English and was teaching me Turkish. 
Pools and grounds were immaculate. We always managed to get sun-beds on the island as we called it as you had to go over a little bridge to get to it,  but we did get up early as there was so many of us. If there is just  2 of you it would not be a problem. The music around the main pool is VERY loud and they play the water games in this pool. The beach had lots of sunbeds free all the time. The sand by the beds was golden but as you got to the sea it was more shingle and a bit of a step to the water. 
Daytime food was good- lots of choice, freshly made pizzas, chicken, salad etc all nice and hot. The waiters at the outdoor food were really friendly. 
They have a Starbucks but it is only open between 10-6pm. We only managed to get one once as only 1 person serving and at least a 20 min queue each day. 3 days it was closed while we were there as something was broken. 
Breakfast you had plenty of choice but it was very International food. No chance of a fry up at breakfast. Didn’t eat in the restaurant at lunch time so can’t comment but the evening WOW where do I start………….
Imagine queuing up at the next sale on Boxing Day- as soon as the barriers (yes I did say barriers) were taken down the rush of people thinking they were in the Olympic 100m running to get a table was mind blowing. 
No waiter showing you to a table at this  hotel it’s  a complete free for all. Some people bypassed getting a table (big mistake)  and went straight to the  meat/ fish section which was an absolute joke. People were pushing in left right and centre with no manners and by the time you had acquired your hot (I use the word loosely) food it was definitely cold by the time you reached your table that’s if you managed to get a clean one. The restaurant is so small for the amount of guests it makes it unpleasant. Forgot to mention it was the same food every day - never have I ever been to a hotel with not any themed nights. The waiter staff were friendly and good at bringing you drinks but so slow in cleaning tables. 
The hotel is in a good location if you want to do shopping. All the shops we went in the staff were friendly but not pushy and loads of trainers, bags etc on offer. 
We all had a great holiday and the only thing that would put me off for not coming back is the restaurant. If you went at not a peak time this problem probably wouldn’t happen. 
Forgot to mention the lifts are VERY slow and you will probably spent most of your holiday in them especially if you are on the higher floors.
