Comfortable b&b apartment equipped with all the comforts, gentle and available owners, clean and very cozy and excellent location near the unit square so also convenient to take a cruise ship

Comfortable and welcoming

It's in the center of town, the rooms are clean, the staff is available, the common bathroom, even though the rooms are only two, if I'm not mistaken, and in my case I was alone, and so I found myself quite fine.

Central location

Two rooms one with a TV one without one with a bathroom the other at the end of the hallway, however the TV in mine would not be useful because to keep me company until four in the morning they thought of the squatters in the street below.In case I wanted to get a chamomile I would have to go into the room of my friends to get to the kitchen.One nightmare nightmare never more discouraged turn away will also be close to the harbor but it is the only positive thing for the rest let go

A night of nightmares

The structure has some value but is more than a defect. Strategically the location two steps from the marina and the Piazza Unità d'Italia, makes the location for precision and the spaciousness of the environments its strength point. Unfortunately the advantages end there... In the room assigned to us there were no blinds or blinds so it was impossible to have darkness at night.

More light than shadows... in a narrow sense.

Booked at the last moment having to board a cruise the next day, I chose this B&B for the strategic location. The structure is from an apartment in a condo. It is three rooms, I happened to have more than one mini apartment, with kitchen and bathroom (unfortunately I didn't have the room with the outer bathroom, to reach it you have to get out of the room and walk down the hall). Really available the manager, informed about the arrival time and found himself in front.

Good position, poor quality of sleep

We booked by booking prompted by good reviews however, despite the kindness of the owner, the room is obviously a little overlooked.

It's a shame.

I stayed in this very comfortable b&b downtown, with nothing to say, but I was disappointed. Air conditioning was missing but with a fan on the floor. I was bathing outside the room, the furniture that held the TV was standing because the legs were attached with tape, the dark windows couldn't close because they were locked and the curtains didn't even cover the whole window. If you want to rest quietly, I wouldn't recommend it because the windows look out onto the street.

I thought better!

The location of the B&B is the pinnacle of this structure: very central and very close to Piazza Unità d'Italia. Being close to the bus stop, it is easy to reach the main bathing establishments (Ausonia, also on foot about 20 min), the railway station, the castle of Miramare and the long sea of Barcola.

Good experience

Great location and... enough! Large room, very deep, ceiling-blade lamp, broken. Ridiculous floor fan, attached to a socket, attached to the wall with paper tape: dangerous and not normal. Very used mattress, torn mattress. In the bathroom obvious signs of mold, precarious shower drain and cup, usually attached to the wall with paper tape. In 2 you can enjoy 2 tables of shower, 1 dryer and so on. The low consumption bathroom lamp at the end of the hall starts to light up when you leave. I only accept cash and for receipt you must make an appointment, for delivery of keys to the hallway. In the area I already had a better reservation, but unfortunately, you can never get a better reservation, but unfortunately, you've never had a better reservation!

(+). It's great!!! Super room - large spacious room, large double bed - it was comfortable and pleasant. Thank you. There was breakfast - modest, but there was \ good bathroom - it was really stressful that the bathroom was separate, through the corridor \ I didn't even know if someone was in the second room or not \ location - in the center, very convenient.. (-). The scariest thing is to get to this place by your car, it's a feat: hills, lifts, one-way traffic + the scariest thing: ZTL, which the router didn't know about and sure led me directly.
