Unfortunately I have to leave a very negative review on my experience in this facility. It starts badly from the beginning. The owner of the facility insisted, beyond the usual, to know exactly our arrival time. Exactly in the sense that an interval of one hour was not enough, the demand, pressing, was to know the exact time of arrival, a demand difficult to fulfill and above all inappropriate, being a vacation. Despite all this, I struggled to satisfy the strange request, and I made a way to arrive at exactly the set time.

Bad experience

If you like, like me, a structure with historical charm this solution might please you. Meanwhile it is located in the center of the center of Cagliari (Rio Castello, 100 meters from the Cathedral, to understand us), then the rooms are simple but cozy and equipped with everything, including kitchen, small but very clean and well-accessed bathrooms. The owner is very kind and efficient. The price is adequate. The parking of the car is quite easy (we have always found in the nearby road of the good way). I liked this place and the advice.

Old-fashioned house

Communication with the friendly owner Sonia was good even before our arrival. Our tastefully restored room on the first floor of the original house in the Castelloviertel was large and clean. We spent the first two nights of our bicycle trip here. We were able to easily arrange the wheels in a small room next to the living room. Sonia was very helpful and convenient in our search for a bike shop, and phoned for us again. The large bags for the wheels we could deposit here for the 14 days of our trip. Although during our trip a kitchenette was installed in the room and was not actually to be rented in October, Sonia had the room for us to spare our bags to spend there from the last night, and I would also recommend picking up the cabs for her every morning at 6 a.

Nice accommodation in the old town

This B&B is located in a beautiful building, in the heart of the Castello district (parking and traffic are difficult, because of the ZTL). Close to museums, the city's finest churches and the amphitheater. Nice room, although the bathroom was quite narrow. Comfortable bed. No climate but a ventilator, and the possibility of having an airflow between the two windows... A refrigerator is available in the room. Breakfast is relatively complete, with fresh fruit and cake. The only black spot is the absence of the owner, which can complicate things at departure (payment and removal of keys) and will not help you to optimize your stay at Cagliari.

Great B&B, but owner too absent

Very cozy rooms located in the old village of Cagliari. Medieval style revisited with modern comfort. Very useful to us,for the extraordinary beneficence of animal accommodation.(which is very rare in Cagliari) Peace and tranquility, make this place the main reason why I will return! Very comfortable and clean; very fresh room, does not need air conditioning. The b&b is located inside a very narrow street,where the sun does not beat, so the location allows maintaining an excellent temperature in summer! Kindness and care from the owners. Everything very perfect...and a small sin!: Ladies and gentlemen, sponsored photos of the real car B&B do not make your car fairer!.

We had a warm welcome from the owner's daughter in a fascinating, well-renovated property (with an elevator), a comfortable and well-equipped room. Clean shower room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was served in the room and there was what was needed! Driving and parking in Cagliari are a nightmare for beginners and you can't park in the square because it is reserved for residents - however, parking during the day is very cheap in the lower streets. There is an elevator leading to the new city, instead of meters and only a regular bus service on the street.

It's the only place in the quiet old town.

We had a warm welcome from the owners daughter into a fascinating property, well renovated (with a lift), with a cosy and well appointed bedroom.  Neat shower room and comfortable bed.  Breakfast was served in the room and there was plenty!  Driving and parking in Cagliari are a nightmare for first-timers and you cannot park in the square as it is residents only - however very cheap all day parking in the streets below.  There's a lift to the new town only a few yards away and a regular bus through the square.

Unique Accommodation in Tranquil old town !

My sister and I loved this B&B.
- The taxi driver had no difficulties finding it.
- We were welcomed by the daughter of the host and shown around.
- We didn't had to carry our bags to the apartment, there was an elevator.
- The apartment looked very authentic/sardinian and was absolutely clean.
- We had a little balcony, but the view was not that spectacular. 
- The B&B is located in the lovely old town of Cagliari -> Perfect for people that love old towns, warm colors, architecture, cute little shops (with a lot of handmade stuff) and restaurants, narrow streets and the charm of Sardinia. 

We would recommend this B&B to sisters, couples and female friends :)

Actually we booked 2 nights on arrival (on the recommendation of travel expertise). We were on our bicycles in Sardinia for the night. We had no B&Bs. This was not a problem. However, we probably didn't want guests with bicycles here. First we should have been housed in a room with windows to a shaft so we could take the bicycles into the room. We didn't want this and we had taken the room on the first floor.

Unfriendly & inflexible

I have been a guest of the structure on various occasions, being from Cagliari I like to live the Castello district, and what better way to stay in a wonderful structure like this B&B, located in an oalazzo of the era, finely renovated with even an internal elevator suitable even for the differently able.
