Very quiet room with perfect air conditioning for warm summer nights. Breakfast was full on time with coffee or fruit juice to choose from. There was always a park in the neighborhood but even during the holiday season we had no problems.

Perfect for a week or two.

Very welcome, very kind host, We had a nice very clean room with balcony, spacious bathroom; small kitchen with microwave fridge; for breakfast in bed and breakfast there are ready-to-eat products packed for hygiene safety; the city centre is a 20-minute walk away; buses go to the city centre and to the train station (numbers 30 and 31);

That's great.

The whole complex is nice, cozy and quiet, and the soundproofing of the rooms and the structure of the bed, which at the slightest movement, creaks up, should be reviewed.

Nice but noisy

Excellent B&B in a good location in Cagliari. You can reach the main attractions within a twenty minute walk or a few minutes by car unless you find parking... the staff is courteous, kind and available. The surroundings are clean and orderly... recommended if you are travelling to Cagliari.

Three days in Cagliari

I've stayed overnight in this B&B, the room and bathroom are so spacious, we could even spend a whole vacation there, but the highlight is the cleanliness, really the top.

Very clean.

Here you can find a very nice and helpful host, quite, colourful rooms, big bathroom and healthy food ! Am sure, it is worthwhile to try it also in the summer by sunshine! The see is not so far away, by bus few minutes.

Nice for soul and body

It's nice to feel at home in a city never seen a great place to experience the city of Cagliari and the wonders around the city and the beaches great rooms, very clean and very cool It's a pleasure to have breakfast together!! soon Nicola and Valentina

Like in our house

After the first stay, having to go to Cagliari often, now I always come back here! B&B cozy, clean and very quiet. Practically in the center and equipped with all the services! Rarely I have breakfast, but besides the flavors all organic, see the faces of the other guests always satisfied! Keep it up! I'll be back again!

Like a second home.

Well then it's true that the price is attractive, 50 euros the double room and small dej included, with access to the kitchen, TV and very clean (all this, it's already not bad)!!, but you can't expect more than that! the neighborhood is far from everything and not very beautiful, it's the gallery to find a place, and the praise made to the hotels, are just exaggerated!!!then yes, they are polite, but not warm or welcoming more than that!! just goodbye, goodbye (ah no, not goodbye!! they weren't even a little when we left!) and dej!! so when you read their book, it's nothing copam delicious!!! and no, you didn't even have a picture afterwards, but when you look at the site, it's not too hot, and then you have 2 cups of coffee, and finally it's got 2 cups of biscuits, and it's not too hot, and then you have to eat, and then you have 2 cups of coffee, and then you've got 2 cups of biscuits,

It's not that flattering!!!

We spent two nights in Cagliari staying in this B&B (a double room with private bathroom) and we were very satisfied. Good quality/price ratio. The room was spacious and cozy. Everything looked very new and neat (Ventanas, bathroom, paint, etc.). It has air conditioning, and in addition to the bathroom there is a small convenient shop for when you come back from the caves. The breakfast is fine (but not excellent, it is very neat and abundant) and the coffee is prepared at the moment by the owner of the B&B, also very attentive to us. It is located in a very quiet area, 15 minutes walking from the Bastión de San R. We will repeat the safe experience.
