All in all, it's a condominium apartment with a shared kitchen with no windows and doors and no cooking inside.

Awful dirty.

I was there for 4 days for an operation on the last day we had to leave at 11 x an hour late because of the hospital we were evicted they took our personal effects thrown all x ground in the kitchen. Then as soon as I arrived they asked us to pick up and go away (with payment on arrival) I just operated with my family and a child of a year and a half evicted.

Disappeared tickets after paying in advance

A perfect b&b, ideal location easily reachable on foot from Pisa Station. impeccable heating. Very clean and personal rooms to check in cordial and polite. The positioning on the sixth floor is not a problem thanks to the elevator. The kitchen is available is 100% working and every day all rooms are cleaned. The wifi is working and fast

It's perfect.

I stayed with a friend for 4 days in this B&B. However, it is a trivial rented room since breakfast is not included. Apart from this the living room was perfect, the (marriage) room was clean and the private bathroom was in perfect condition. They cleaned the room and the bathroom every day. Also the view from the sixth floor is wonderful and you can also see the tower of Pisa! The guy who welcomed us showed us the room before paying and also showed us the password of the WIFI (connection 4mega download) as well as cheap dining/bathroom locations that he marked us on a map. We paid more than 400€, maybe a bit expensive but I have nothing to complain about.

Nice and two steps from Central Pisa Station

Two steps from the central Pisa station. The staff who take care of the facility is not always present but proved immediately available by phone and reached us within 10 minutes. Three-bedroom definitely below average in relation to the price too high in relation to the low quality of the room. Positive notes: location, large room, working air conditioner. Negative notes: not very excellent cleaning, low-level furnishing.

I was there and in my opinion is THE BEST.
you are near bus terminal and train station( max 10 min).
so quite place.
there are lots of opportunities in room such as air conditioner, coffee maker, television, harm water in bathroom.
you have the key to enter and there is no law for coming and going, so you do any thing you want. ( go and back in each hours)
and any thing you need.

Thoroughly unpleasant experience; was shouted at because another guest let us in, bed slats broken, bed and pillows lumpy, shower broken, cooker turned off, balls of fluff and rubbish under bed, overflowing kitchen bin, bathroom floor tiles broken, fridge foul... Not one to revisit.

Grim and grimy

This hotel is a scam, you get there and you see that it is a ruined hotel, you ring a phone call and a gentleman appears to take you to another accommodation, which is empty floors in bad areas, the person who takes us first told us to be careful with the suitcases because they are stolen.

A modest hotel, converted from a four- to five-room apartment. Next to the bus station, you can go to all the suburbs of Pisa and other cities of Tuscany. The railway station is also nearby, five minutes walk, but the bus station is 1 min. Since the hotel is converted from an apartment, there is a fully equipped kitchen - a plate, a washing machine, a kitchen sink, a refrigerator. I lived in two adjacent rooms, generally like a mini-apartment, with only one window.

Total scammers, this woman who runs this hotel and the BOOKING.COM company that is NOT responsible, Observe that the same thing has happened to all of us, there is no one to open the door. and you ring the phone and no one answers!!!! the next morning after paying for another hotel, I ran up to the hotel and there was a Chinese woman who did not understand a word of Italian or English or Spanish. there are thousands of hotels near the Pisa train station, this is a robbery!!! the worst of this was the ill-treatment received by booking.com, they are not interested in anything!!!
