Nice spacious room, 35 m2!!!! Very kind and very pleasant guests. Lunch in the room (very cozy, excellent and fresh and personalized) Well located and very close to the beautiful squares of Brussels.

Ideal for walking around Brussels 15 minutes from the train station and as much from there great place this house has splendid rooms and gigantic bathrooms the owners are hyper welcoming and friendly breakfast is great with mom always ready to meet your desires this is a secret place we would like to keep well kept for us but it is so beautiful that we won't hesitate to let you enjoy it

Magnificent drop point in the heart of Brussels

Very nice room with bathtub possibility of dining in the room during this covid period very nice home and place of great cleanliness calm I highly recommend we had booked 2 days in advance for a night with my daughter and we enjoyed it well

Super room.

This place truly was like good caviar without the price tag. A beautiful stay with thoughtful touches. The bathroom copper tile was exceptional and made the space look so super swanky. The rest of the apartment was truly spectacular due to all the attention to detail like antique/modern touches, high thread count bedding and high ceilings...lots of eye candy. It felt very grand but in a tasteful way. Even with all that, our favorite part was undeniably the wonderful customer service. Xavier really went out of his way to make our stay as nice as possible. He even made a special trip to buy us  breakfast which accommodated our vegan diet. It was quite lovely of him and much appreciated! The location couldn't be more perfect. Situated on a quiet street but centrally located within walking distance to all... you can go everywhere! Also, we were provided covered secured parking in the middle of the city...unheard of! This b&b is a true hidden gem we will always remember!!

Caviar taste

Xavier and Monique are just the perfect complementary hosts with Monique preparing some wonderful breakfasts and Xavier guiding you general directions, various attractions and restaurants and any other questions you might have. Walking distance to the main train station as well as the central square. Larger room than we usually see and the housekeeping spot on. Couldn't have asked for better accomodations in Brussels at a very fair price with breakfast included.

The perfect stay in Brussels

Well located, clean, very spacious, good bed, excellent breakfast. Even the bathroom was large and spacious with a view of 3 church domes/ towers from the toilet!
We were very comfortable. The only slight negative could be climbing up the stairs ( we were on the 3 rd floor)  but for us fit and in our 60’s it was no problem.

Great Place to Stay in Central Brussels

We enjoyed our stay in this charming B&B in the city centre, two steps from Manneken Pitz and the Grand Place. The room and bathroom were spacious. Excellent breakfast: orange juice, bread and mini-wine, organic yogurt and fruit, and homemade bread. Thanks to Xavier for his personalized itinerary that led us to discover some great addresses.

Charming B&B very well located

Location: Central. Main monuments and the gay area are reached on foot. Customer type: heterosexual couples without children and gay. All quiet people. Structure: Typical multi-storey house of old Berlin. Owner's apartment (where you will have breakfast) on the ground floor and guest rooms (very large, with large bathroom and furnished with retro taste) on the upper floors.

You won't find any better.

Prices in Brussels are not exactly within the reach of all pockets. The B&B X2 is very competitive in this respect. Located in a quiet and quiet alleyway a short distance from Grande Place and 200 metres from the nearest metro station, it is ideal for those looking for a comfortable and friendly accommodation. Of course, it is not a hotel; in the morning you will have to go down to the ground floor, knock on the door of the landlord and have breakfast on his kitchen table. But the boy and the lady (we do not remember their names unfortunately) will make you feel perfectly comfortable and will be happy to prepare you on the spot with coffee and scrambled eggs.

Comfortable and relatively cheap

Ideally located, nice room, very clean, very recently renovated with a lot of taste, a little  cold  but very classy, a good bed, a large bathroom, in short very well! Nice reception, and excellent breakfast (fresh orange juice, scrambled eggs, lost bread etc...) A good address to recommend!
