Beautiful Saigon 3 Hotel

False advertising on all beautiful Saigon hotels pictures are not like the actual hotel and overall the Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. We paid the hotel by card, however it took them 2 days to be bothered to find the card machine and it was faulty(or fraudulent). They claimed that we did not pay them and wanted us to pay AGAIN in cash or with valuables to ‘prove we could pay’. We rang our bank and they provided us with proof that the money had come out of our bank and it was waiting for the hotel to collect the money. They still did not believe us even with the proof! The staff were so rude to us and held us hostage and stopped us from leaving the hotel. They stopped us from boarding our bus to Cambodia which left without us. Causing us more grief and another day in vietnam. They were trying to scam us as they wanted us to pay twice for the hotel!! DO NOT STAY IN HOTEL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!! We have seen many reviews from booking.com that this hotel chain pays people to wright 5 star reviews. Don’t  be fooled , go somewhere else.

A little hidden gem in the heart of district 1.Amy the receptionist was so helpful and we booked two day trips through her which were great 👍.Breakfast was served at the sister hotel a few doors away and you had use of the pool too.

Fabulous Hotel

My 5th visit in six years and a few improvements to the pool and restaurant area which was great, we all know the BS hotel is a great economy hotel in a good location with great service. However we ate in the restaurant and my starter was brought with my main course, my tea was brought with no milk or sugar, in the mornings the container for milk is not cooled and I was eating cereal with warm milk, I know trivial but after many years visiting this place you expect the small things to be right., because they do try very hard to make everyone comfortable.

Vietnam tour

I have been given the fortune to visit many countrys and stayed in many various classy hotel. I think that a service minded staff gives to hotel that extra sense of being treated good. I have visited 5 star hotels that I got a bad feeling in my total experience when I stayed just because the staff seemed not understand what it means to be service minded. So I want to say that my whole experience in this hotel stay have been excellent with friendly and service minded staff and especially Mr H Thanh for being sutch a nice person. This hotell definitly deserve a 5 star given the whole stay. The Hotel is close to walking distance to things that to me was intresting. Thank you for a very pleasant stay and I will definitly come back hete after visiting Da Lat 😀 

Service in mind

Lovely little hotel in a small street just off the main road to walking street. room was very clean and comfortable and had everything you need. There is a lift. There is a pool at their sister hotel a few doors away, which is where you have breakfast, the breakfast was excellent. The staff are really lovely and helpful. you can get happy hour drink vouchers to be used at the sister hotel. The food was delicious

saigon

A well located hotel in an alley way between two busy roads!! Room was quiet despite overlooking alleyway which was always fairly busy. The room was reasonably clean on arrival and a request to replace a grubby sheet was actioned immediately with no problems. Breakfast in its sister hotel a couple of doors down is currently the best we have had in Vietnam (four hotels in so far.) Special mention to the lady cooking the omelettes.

The staff in both this and its sister hotel were excellent. Special mention to the very helpful Hana who helped us book tours, transport and make laundry arrangements.

A pleasing first stop in Vietnam

We spent a total of 4 nights at this hotel. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Most of all, Amy helped us with a lot of dedication in booking two trips to the Hu Chi tunnels and the Mekon Delta. Thank you very much Amy! The breakfast was very rich. Only the WiFi sometimes had a little focus. As a welcome, there was a mini fruit basket and two small water bottles every day. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Very good hotel and staff

Hotel not very large, rooms quite small, spacious bathroom. The structure is quite clean, staff very kind and available, they speak quietly English. Breakfast is served by the swimming pool in the adjacent hotel 15 metres away. Breakfast is very varied and rich, with abundant fruit presence. The hotel offers the possibility of both having the transfer to/from the airport and booking excursions. There are also vouchers with 50% discount for treatments in the SPA located 300 metres from the hotel.

Sotuated in a good location, clean hotel, clean rooms. We booked the deluxe and the bed was huge! with nice and friendly staff. We loved the pool and yummy breakfast. Thanks Amy and the team for an enjoyable stay.
